"Maybe so," he said. "But the crystals are worth analyzing."

"Crystals on the dog? Nothing special I guess. Probably some simple mineral compound, unless you're willing to take a chunk off the dog I don't think you'll be able to analyze"

Satori continues cleaning Carneline.

"No," he laughed. "I mean the crystals on the walls. And the fact they glow when an organic being is present."

the pup runs up to arren

Satori finishes and yawns, pulling Carneline into her and yawning again.

"Yeah, I suppose those are the only thing of interest around here" he said. "I guess I can take a few down..." he said

the pup yips at arren

Arren bent down and patted the puppy on the head.

the pups crystals glow

He looked at the crystals, causing him to turn around and show the small wings on his back.

it yipped at barbatos

Satori growls at Arren, as her tails flick back and forth, her crystals glowing with power.

Arren looks around with wide eyes.
"Am I the only human?"

He looked back at the slime pup, "What is it?"

Satori shakes her head. Then nods. She turns into a young girl with fox ears and a tail, and hugs Carneline protectively.

"I have no idea," he said. "I've never seen anything like it or heard anything like it."

“G-go away!! Just leave us alone, we don’t want to be hurt again!”

"I don't feel like hurting animals, I just need to take you somewhere where you won't be kidnapped, so you should come with me" he said as he pulled out his sword and sliced off one of the crystals on the walls, holding in his hands.
