You dream. You dream of lying upon your bed. The night is strangely silent. The world tinted an etherial blue. A hole opens below your bed, which remains standing above the abyss as though it is not there. Hands... hands atop boneless arms reach out impossibly far. They stretch across the bed and grab you from all sides. You feel them begin to drag you down. You are pulled into the hole. You are falling...


You find yourself now upon a small grassy island. A hill seemingly plucked away from a wider world to float upon a seemingly endless sea of pink swirling stardust. A figure rests under a solitary tree. Small. Fluffy. Four arms clutched to what seems to be a weaponised candlestick. The figure is slumped over. Asleep. The only lead as to where you are and why you are here...

Phew! Okay, so this idea is a little Kingdom Hearts-y in nature. Without the Disney or the references to other media. It's a world-hopping adventure that involves jumping between places, solving problems that then allow you to bring the scattered pieces of the world back together, all whilst facing off against an evil cabal of bad guys who have broken the world up for their own gains. Your character will be the hero, whilst Floof will be your sidekick, fairly inept guide and general exposition.

Whilst I'm not picky with what character you choose (I might decline characters put forth based on profile content, writing style mismatch or other reasons if they don't seem to fit what I'm looking for, but in general I don't have a specific archetype in mind), someone who might work as a Kingdom Hearts style protagonist would work well, or someone more fitting for something like Undertale or Deltarune (as there may or may not be silly merciful methods to get through fights depending on your character). Failing that, someone who would work well in a dream-like world with alien environments, with morals that lead themselves toward wilfully saving the world, not always in the most lawful of ways (but always with good intentions). Your character must be physically fit enough to be running around getting into danger. Maybe someone who can put up with impromptu cuddles from a sleepy fluffball. Beyond that, gender, age, race, species, combat class, I don't have a preference... as long as they're not like the kind to murder they way to their goal, because this isn't that kinda story.
