"I believe your right" Ven said, watching the pup eat as well.He kinda wanted it to eat all of the food he had given it.The pup didn't have a collar, but that didn't conclude that it didn't belong to somebody. It could've got ripped of its neck in the bushes for all they knew.And they didn't know much.

Hiruko walked to a wall and leaned against holding his cane in front of him.Where did this puppy really belong,with it's family some where?Or with humans?Of course at the moment none of that really mattered,as long as it was safe and feed at the moment that was enough for the Dream Eater.

They could worry about who's and where's' tomorrow..when it could actually be discovered.Ven watched the puppy from a crouched position on the floor, until it finished eating then he stood up.The puppy looked up at him, wagging its tail still.But being a puppy, it ran out of the room to explore.Uh oh..

Hiruko blinked a few times,"Oh boy.."Hiruko muttered,and then quickly followed the pup.He really hoped the little thing wouldn't start barking or something.The last thing the two needed was to get caught trying to catch a puppy running around,Hiruko didn't think the end result would be fun for anyone.

Ven followed the puppy the second it ran out of the room, he didn't want it barking and waking up the whole house..he didn't want it peeing in the floor either.Ven stayed light on his feet, so upstairs they wouldn't hear the thuds of people running downstairs.Ven stopped and looked around, where did it go.. he wondered, looking around.

Hiruko sighed,this was a bad.Very bad.The dream eater looked around wandering where a little puppy would go,"Ugh..of all the places to run off.."He sighed,and then started to creep through out the house.Listening,watching and waiting.He just prayed the puppy hadn't find a nice place to use for a bath room.

"All we can hope is that it hasent disturbed the peace...or used the bathroom" Ven said.He looked around, now if I was a puppy, where would I go? he wondered to himself.Ven looked around, he even took the liberty to peek upstairs.He hoped the puppy wouldnt be up there, but better safe, than sorry.

"Yeah,that wouldn't be good for any of us."Hiruko agreed.Even Hiruko wondered if the pup went up stairs,but the steps were around it's height,would it even be able to get up there?

Ven peeked upstairs, into the upstairs hallway, no pup, he went back downstairs."The pups down here somewhere" Ven said.The pup might could have got up the stairs, if it climbed.Ven looked in the direction of a doorway.Seeing the puppy.But it had a shoe...one of his foster moms shoes."Don't run after it yet" Ven said walking down the stairs.He'd rather not scare it off, while they had it in sight.

"..Okay."He whispered with a nod.Hiruko watched Ven before looking where he was looking.The dream eater laughed a bit,it was a bit funny to him for some reason.He did set his cane down to where it rested against the wall and then watched the young pup.

Ven walked down the stairs, as lightly as he could, to keep the stairs from creaking.He reached the bottom still looking at the puppy.Ven crouched down.The puppy took that as Ven would play with it, and ran over to Ven.Ven held the puppy, "got it" Ven said stealing the shoe from the puppy.

Hiruko laughed again as he walked over to the stairs where Ven and the puppy where."I thought the little one would try to find something to play with,or use your house like a toilet."He said to Ven,he smiled at the puppy,it really tired.

"We can only hope it didn't use the bathroom somewhere.." Ven said.The puppy sat down and yawned.Ven smiled at that.It ate, and played, now it wanted sleep.

Hiruko's only response was a heavy sigh,that wouldn't be good.The dream eater than chuckled softly,"At least it's tired now,that makes things easier."He remarked,for a short while they wouldn't have to watch it just to make sure it didn't get into trouble.That really was a relief.

"Gives us a break from watching" Ven said.Ven watched with a smile as the puppy laid down and went to sleep there, at the bottom of the steps.

Hiruko nodded,that was a rather cute entertainment for the two boys.Now that the pup was asleep they would have to found something else to do without waking anybody up.Hiruko knelt down for a moment to scratch behind the puppy's ear before standing up and grabbing his cane.

Ven stood up, and looked away from the puppy.It wasent bright to let it sleep directly at the bottom of the stairs, in plain sight, but he couldn't risk waking up the puppy, and going on another chase. The puppy slept in silence, laying there, still, and asleep.He wasent sure what they could do though..now that it was asleep..

Hiruko leaned against the wall with arms crossed,"And once again we have nothing to do.."He muttered,that was fun well it lasted.They had already gone to the park,and now they found a lost puppy..but what could they do now?

"Ever played a video game?" Ven asked looking down at Hiruko from where he stood.

Hiruko shook his head,video games was another things his parents were against as, and something he never really had much time for.
