Ven nodded an okay, and started to walk towards the front door the puppy still following at his side.He walked up to the front door and opened it, and went inside, once again, leaving the door open for Hiruko.

Hiruko really wondered how all this would go as he followed Ven and the puppy quietly.He hoped that this wouldn't go that bad,but parents would be parents at times..which meant very stubborn.Once inside Hiruko shut the door and then around a bit.

Mary was the first person to notice the puppy, "puppy!!" She said excited.Not that it was a bad thing, the foster guys could help out in him getting to keep the puppy.After all, and sadly dare he admit it, Mary had a good puppy begging face.

Hiruko smiled a bit,"Seems like your chances of keeping the puppy is getting higher."Hiruko said to Ven.Now,how would his foster parents react to all of this?Now that the question that Hiruko wanted an answer to.

Ven smiled to, with that in mind.Mary jumped from her chair, and walked over to the puppy.Ven looked down at Mary, then looked towards a doorway, seeing a young lady with brown hair standing there, his foster mom."What's this about a puppy?" She asked drying her hands on a dishtowel, like she had been doing the dishes."Ven-ven has a puppy!" Mary said.The mom looked at Ven." May I ask where you found this puppy Venus?" She asked."It was just wandering around the streets," Ven answered.The mom looked down at the puppy then back at Ven, "why is it here?" His mom asked."Can we keep it?" Ven asked."Do you even know if it might belong to somebody around here?" She asked Ven."Children do loose their pets when the run out the door.." His mom said thoughtful." It didn't appear to be owned, it doesn't have a collar, and it seemed hungry when we fed it" Ven said."Can we pwease keep it" Mary said looking at their mom with that puppy face.Even a few tears ran down her cheeks, man, she was good.Their mom sighed.Then looked at Ven, "at least try to ask people around the neighborhood you found it in, if nobody claims it, you can keep it" she said.She looked at Hiruko, "and who's your friend?"

Hiruko listened to the three quietly,he tilted his head a bit."Hiruko Kagamine."The dream eater tilted his head,was she serious?Maybe she was,this town did seem like a nice place but he didn't really trust anyone with a life of a young puppy."Okay,one the puppy was wandering alone at night, and two would you much rather know that the puppy is well and a life or stuck in some godforsaken home?"Hiruko asked Ven's foster mother.Anyone could see he was choosing his words very carefully for Marys sake.

"Nice to meet you Hiruko Kagmine" she said with a sweet smile. But her smile soon faded, and she looked away."How do you know that the puppy wasent lost, and trying to find its way home, at night?" She questioned him.How did Hiruko know rather or not a family might be missing that puppy, that might have ran out the door cause it smelled something..

Hiruko walked over to the puppy and picked it up,"Because,it's a bit skinny."He said bluntly.He did notice that last night,which was one of the reasons he figured Ven would be a good enough owner,and that the likely chance it had an owner was slim.

Vexis foster mom pondered a moment.Maybe Hiruko was right, maybe it didn't have a owner, or a good one at the least.She looked at the puppy, as if pondering between yes, and no.She looked at Ven after a moment."Promise that you'll take good care of it?" She asked.Ven nodded.

Hiruko smiled a bit,but he did make sure to hide his fangs.The only two that knew what he was Ven and Mary,and he actual wanted to keep it that way.He looked at Ven as if to say your welcome,one good deed a day.The dream eater than looked at the puppy with a warm smile,he chuckled softly and scratched behind it's ear before setting the pup down.

Ven looked at Hiruko, and lip synced "thanks" to him.If it weren't for Hiruko, it wouldn't be guaranteed that he would have got to keep it.The puppy licked Hiruko on the tip of the nose, just before he decided to set it down.Once it was back on the floor, it noticed its tail, and started chasing after it again.Mary laughed at it.

Hiruko nodded,what kind of friend would he be if he didn't help out right?The dream eater laughed,"You welcome he said to the pup,and than started laughing again.Yup,this little guy wouldn't have any thing to worry about well it was here.

Ven smiled, and then looked down at the pup.His first pet.He would take care of it,after all, mans best friend right? The puppy barked as it chased after its own tail, it was determined to get it.

Hiruko stretched as he took a step back."Now the pup needs a name."Hiruko said,watching it chase it;s tail.

(I was about to say that was fast )

"We don't even know its gender.." Ven pointed out.

{Food! Oh yeah,that was pretty quick,aahah! }
"..that's what vets are for?"Hiruko said with a shrug.That seemed like the most likely way to find out if it was a he or a she.He didn't know a lot about animals so vet was the best choice.

The foster mom walked over to the puppy, to find out if it was a boy, or girl..rather then paying a fortune for a vet."Its a girl"

"Or do that."Hiruko said with a small smile."Thanks."He said to Vens' foster mom.

"Your welcome" Ven foster mom said to Hiruko.She left the room, to attend t what she was doing previously." Girl names..." Ven mummbled thoughtful..

Hiruko looked at the puppy again,thinking.Names for a girl puppy,what could fit for her anyways?The dream eater crossed his arms as he thought of names.
