Hiruko only heard a chilling silence,no running, no soft laughter."Ven?"Hiruko called out, walking around the playground now.Where did he go?The boy hoped he didn't leave him, Ven really didn't seem like that type of kid.Hiruko looked around,he could be hiding some where, but he wouldn't know where.

Ven watched Hiruko from where he hid.Ven hid in the bushes, which were close to the playground, so he wasent far.He hid within the bushes, unseen.When Hiruko wasent looking Ven silently, slipped out of the bushes without a sound.And walked over and poked Hiruko on the back."Tag"

Hiruko crossed his arms,was he even on the playground anymore.He had checked everywhere and still no sign of Ven,perhaps he did leave.Hiruko frowned.That was until Ven had poked his back,"..where did you go?"He asked Ven softly.

Ven tilted his head slightly to the side.Had Hiruko thought he had abandoned him? "I hid in the bushes...so you wouldn't suspect I'd tag you.." Ven answered honestly.Ven didn't lie much unless it was for a good cause, but this wasent worth a lie, no, not at all

"Oh..that's a relief, for a second I thought you left."Hiruko said, facing Ven.He had a strained smile, but he was still smiling,happy to see he had been proven wrong."Sneaky."He then giggled, trying not to recall that Hiruko was going to be leaving, but that one thought was so persistent.

"Why would I leave?" Ven questioned."We're having so much fun.." he said.Ven smiled a devious smile, "sneaky indeed" he responded.Ven was still cheerful, seeing that his mind was so oblivious to the thought that his friend was leaving.

Ven was right,Hiruko had just thought the worst and felt bad for doubting his friend.Even more guilty then he felt when he saw Ven this morning."Yeah..your right."He agreed with another smile, a smile that didn't last that long.This secret felt like it was eating Hiruko up, the longer he hid it, the more it seemed to chant in his mind.

Vens smile lasted, until he saw Hirukos smile fade.Ven tilted his head little to the side, "is something wrong?" Ven asked.Just by the look on Hirukos face, and in his eyes, something was wrong.It would probably be best to tell Ven now.It was eating at Hiruko, and Ven knew something was wrong.

Hiruko looked at Ven with an apologetic expression,"..last night..I over heard my parents speaking.."The boy paused,"..I think I'm moveing.."Hiruko finally said, but he said it so softly.He wondered, and feared how Ven would react..aside from agreeing with him about how on fair this seemed to Hiruko.

The little bit of happiness in Vens eyes disappeared, like a ship, that had been brought down by a canon ball.Ven at first didn't want to believe it, but why would his friend lie.He had no choice, but to believe it.Ven looked down, and first a single tear fell, followed by another."Its not fair..." he said quietly.They had only met yesterday.

Hiruko nodded silently,"..I'm sorry."He told Ven, feeling awful for telling him this.Although, this was a lot better then Hiruko leaving without saying anything.He took a deep breathe,"..let's try and make this day last,okay?"He suggested softly, Hiruko couldn't stand to see Ven look so upset.

Ven looked down.But wiped his tears away with the sleeve of his jacket."A day we can remember, rather than mourn over." He declared with a sniff.He looked at Hiruko with teary eyes, "let's go try to have fun" he said, with a weak smile

Hiruko swallowed, he wasn't going to cry he did enough of that last night."Right, you'll see that for a short while we might forget about it."Hiruko told Ven with his typical sheepish smile."Let's go."He said holding a hand out for his friend,Ven.The least the two could do was try their hardest to make this a day to remember.

Ven was trying to be strong about it, and not cry to much.Like some kids his age, he was trying to act tough, inside."Let's do this" Ven said, taking his friends hand.They could try, and they might could accomplish making it a day of fun to remember.

Hiruko nodded in agreement,"Now what should we play?"He asked Ven. He had a bright smile now, despite what his parents had decided.Hiruko looked around, wondering what Ven would have in mind this time.

Ven released Hirukos hand, and began to ponder."Want to build something out of sand?" Ven asked.They could make anything out of sand, and since there was some puddles of water here and there they could make something, as if it was made at the beach if Hiruko agreed.

Hiruko blinked once,"Build,like what?"Hiruko asked Ven. He never played with sand let alone built anything with sand.It most certainly sounded fun to him, something new to try with his first friend.

Ven spread out his arms, "anything, that can be made with sand" he said.He walked past Hiruko, and began walking over to a sandbox, that had been covered with a blue cover, to keep the rain out of the sandbox.Ven walked over to the sandbox, and took the cover off it.Revealing the sandbox beneath.Ain the sandbox was a bucket, and a tiny plastic shovel, that some kid probably left behind, but probably wouldn't mind if they borrow it.

Hiruko blinked again, built things, as in anything they wanted.That sounded like fun, possibly frustrating but fun too.Hiruko spun on his heels when Ven walked over to the sand box and pulled the cover off.The young boy walked over to the sand box, looking at the bucket and plastic shovel with a small smile."How handy.."He remarked.
