"Okay" Ven said.He could tell y Hirukos voice that he didn't want to talk about it at all.

His whole life was to prove to scientist that Dream Eaters weren't toys to human kind,and now he felt like he had to prove that not all dream eaters were evil.But..that felt impossible with all the dream eaters that were darker in nature,"Hmm"Maybe it was time he thought about something else.

The puppy got up, smelling something probably it jumped off Ven lap, leaving a claw mark on his arm, which started t bleed purple blood.Note to self, deal with the pups claws.The puppy went and started clawing the door, so Ven let her out.

Opportunity to think of something else!Hiruko took that chance well he had,rather than letting it slip out the window."Hmm,what type of being has purple blood?"He thought aloud,looking at Ven's arm.He had unnaturally dark red blood, but not purple.

Ven looked at Hiruko."That question came out of nowhere." He pointed out.He looked down at his arm, with the cut that was filling with dark purple blood.Thoughtful..

Hiruko simply shrugged,"It's something else now isn't it?"He pointed out to Ven,which was very true.They could preoccupy their selves with another question.

"I don't know what gives me my purple blood.." Ven admitted.Ven knew he was only half human..that's why he looked like a human,"Though I have read books that made me wonder.It said something about a species that their eyes turn the same color as their blood sometimes, but the name was ripped out.." he said.That meant he didn't really know, what, he was..in full.

Hiruko chuckled a bit as if he really couldn't believe this."That's really odd and inconvenient."He said to Ven,to have the answers so close..yet to be so nameless.

"You the only person who knows about my ability.Nobody else does, not even my foster parents.I'm the only person here that's not fully human.I always managed to hide my blood color, and illusion ability from her, and everybody else." He said.It was in plain site why he didn't want anyone in the foster home to know, he didn't want to live on the streets again, he didn't want to be feared..

Hiruko frowned,"..it won't last.."He said softly,recalling what happened with his own foster parents.The denial,the instant fear,they didn't know what to think when they found out Hiruko wasn't human.He understood,really Hiruko knew why Ven wanted to hide these things..but hiding them just makes things seem so much worse when others find out..

"I dont want my life to be as it was when i was 4, roaming the streets, trying to survive." He said.Ven looked away from his cut, and looked at Hiruko."I've managed to hide the fact for 13 years, one month more, and it won't matter as much..hopefully"

He didn't know that Ven was on the streets at four years old,that was awful.The dream eater looked away,maybe he was right,perhaps this luck would continue for his friend."..Oh..That is a valid reason."He said softly.

Ven may have said to much.He looked away."I suppose" he said quietly.

Hiruko bit his lip,not sure what to say at this point,"..I suppose everyone suffers from something."He finally said.

Everyone Ven repeated in his thoughts.He looked at Hiruko, and nodded.Wasent that the truth.But Ven didnt always sit and sulk about stuff, true his past still hurt him inside, it was one of those things, that could never go away, but he didn't go sob in a corner over it.

Okay,Hiruko wasn't quite sure about everyone,but a large percentage of the world.Hiruko and Ven were two of the beings that added to this large mass of people that have suffered on way or another."..I think.."He said softly.

Ven looked at the floor."All of us foster kids have sad, fearful pasts.Marys dad killed her mom and tried to kill her.Lucy's mother abused her, Dameon ran away cause of the stress of family life, i lived on the streets and fended for myself, and didnt have the comfort of a mom or dad no matter how many times I got hurt, and Dusty had a knife stabbed into his stomach by his grandfather that he lived with.." Ven said.So that was 6 people added rather.

"Geez..no one has it easy around here."Hiruko said softly,he frowned.Should I tell him about what happened after I left..'He thought to himself.Ven was his only Friend,and Ven had already let something slip..could it really hurt.He shook his head,not even the girl and her brother didn't even know about what happened to him.

Ven went silent.That's all he had to say about the foster kids.They were either found, or appointed to life here.Ven and Dameon were the found ones, Dusty, Mary, and Lucy were court ordered to live here.Ven had spoke his past, but he would never pester Hiruko about his.

"..dare I say on the bright side you all found a nice place to stay."He said to Ven in hopes of breaking the silence. He knew Ven wouldn't push on any subject,he just didn't seem like that kind of person.Which was a blessing.
