Vens clapping seized, and he took the bucket, and started filling it with sand again.But when he got up to go get the water a folded up piece of paper fell out of his pocket onto the sand.Fen was unaware of that.With a child's curiosity, it wouldn't be a surprise If Hiruko unfolded the paper.But if he did, it would be revealed that it was the picture Ven had drew of them, playing in the puddles.

Hiruko watched him stand, until his blue eyes went to whatever fell out of his pocket.A paper?Hiruko glanced at Ven, and then reached over to pick it up.Now he was at a dilemma, should he open the folded paper and see what it was, or give it back to Ven. Surely Venus wouldn't mind Hiruko taking a small look, so very carefully he unfolded the paper.When he saw the picture he smiled, but at the same time he teared up a little.

The picture showed a blonde haired stick person, and a black haired stick person, playing with puddles of water.The ground beneath the stick people was a dark forest green, and the sky was grey.Venus had colored the black haired stick persons round head a light peachy color, but left the blonde ones head uncolored.When Ven returned he noticed Hiruko looking at he piece of paper.

Hiruko chuckled softly, this said one thing to him, and it said it loud and proud.Friends.He looked up when Ven had walked back over,Hiruko bit his lip,"Sorry, I didn't mean to, but you dropped it...and I was curios."Hiruko explained to Ven. Would he mind?The boy doubted that he would mind.

Ven smiled a tad, and shook his head."I was going to give that to you anyway" he said.That was probably unexpected.But it was a sweet thing, coming from a kid.A present for his friend, that he worked on until he fell asleep

Hiruko seemed stunned,"..you were?T-thank you,Ven."Hiruko smiled, and then looked down at the picture.With a soft chuckle he stood up again,"Can I ask you to do something for me?"He asked Ven."I want you to hold on this for me,I don't want it to messed up when I leave."He told Ven, his voice shaking a bit.

"Your welcome" Ven said glad he liked it.The picture.Ven looked at Hiruko, and tilted his head slightly."Sure" Ven responded so he could hear Hirukos question.He untitled his head when he had asked his question.."um..sure.." Ven said.He could hold onto it until the end of the day..

"..thank you."Hiruko said very softly, and then he frowned.He could heard someone walk over to them, well some what walk over to them.Once again his mother had come,but she didn't seem as angry as she was yesterday.She seemed more guile.

Hiruko had not yet gave Ven the drawing to hold onto.But the figure of a women did caught his attention.He looked in the direction of the women, with eyes that for some reason were purple now-, (when he was little his eyes would change from blue to purple at odd times, which I'll add in the next part)?it was the same women from yesterday.Hirukos mom

Hiruko was silent when he looked at his mother,despite being so young he had some deadly glares.His mother took a step back,"..please, time is running out so do what you want for right now."She said softly.Hiruko felt like lashing out at her, but nothing came out, so he looked at Ven.The boy gave him a small smile,"..let's try to finish this..alright?"He suggested weakly.

Ven looked at Hirukos mom a moment, she wasent as mad as yesterday.Ven looked at Hiruko with purple eyes, and by now Hiruko should now Vens eyes were supposed to be dark blue, not purple.He nodded an okay, "alright" Ven said..

"Ven..your eyes seem different."Hiruko said, looking at his purple eyes.When did that happen?Perhaps his mother triggered something in Ven,if so, Hiruko wanted to see if he could get his eyes back to normal, and to smile again.So what did it matter if they had less time then before, the boy knew he would remember this day.Maybe Ven would remember too?

"They do?" Ven asked.He had only seen his eyes purple once, but ignored it, thinking it was nothing, and wouldn't happen again.After all, Ven was only half human.Despite eye color, Ven was still Ven.He would probably remember this day.

"..Hiruko."His mother said softly. The boy let out a long sigh,maybe the city would have to wait for another time.What a shame too, they were having fun building things with the sand."..I...I think I have to go.."He told Ven, his voice trembling again.

Ven eyes started to tear up a little once again.The boy had tried his hardest not to cry when he recieved the news at first, but now, that it was time, it was all escaping.This was so sad..

{ooh my, when it's in modern time Ven is going to tower over Hiruko.}
Hiruko put a pale hand on his friends shoulder,"Hey, please don't care.I promise I'll come back as soon as possible."Hiruko told Ven, in truth he too was fighting back tears.

Ven pushed Hirukos hand off his shoulder.He took a few steps towards Hiruko and hugged him goodbye.He would miss his new friend during the time he was gone.He didn't want to say goodbye, so he said, "Take care of the drawing" as his way of goodbye.

{Ahah, yeah. Ven is 6'3 and Hiruko is barely 5ft! Lol!}

Hiruko at first seemed a bit hurt when Ven pushed his hand away, and then he knew why he did.With a small trembled they boy hugged his friend back,"..I will."Hiruko said, he wouldn't let anything happen to this picture.Nothing at all.After a few seconds Hiruko pulled away, wiping tears away,"..This isn't good bye..this is see you later."He told Ven.

(Its like karkat and gamzee from home stuck! gamzees 6'5 and karkats 5'7 , not that I expect you to know what homestuck is....)

Ven hugged his friend, Hiruko, tightly, as if he thought if he never let go, his friend wouldn't have to leave.But the world wasent that nice..it was cruel place.When Hiruko pulled away, Ven looked at him, with still purple teary eyes.He smiled weakly, tears running down his cheeks, and nodded an okay."See you...later.." he said.

{I know something about Homestuck because of my friends,I've tried reading it many times but I have a hard time reading/watching things with a lot of death.}

Hiruko chuckled softy, and then slid the folded up paper into his pocket before going to grab his boots.Hiruko stopped by Ven, the boy gave his friend a quick,tight hug."See ya."Hiruko told him as he walked over to his mother.She held a hand out, giving Ven a weak smile just before they walked off.As they walked off.Hiruko asked his mother to hold his shoes so he could hold onto the picture, recalling that it had fallen out of Ven's pocket earlier.He couldn't risk losing it.
