Hiruko stopped, and looked up at Ven.He seemed fine,so perhaps he didn't mind being alone at school at all."Hmm.."He looked around wondering if there was a chance of rain again today.The dream eater certainly wouldn't mind it one bit,rain was so peaceful.

Ven had not checked the watch forecast for today, so he didn't known if it was supposed to rain or not.Then again, since when did he check the weather? Noticing Hiruko stopped, he stopped to.

"Ahah,sorry,I was just wondering if it's going to rain again."Hiruko said,he didn't expect Ven to stop too.wow,that wasn't expected.

Ven looked up at the sky, "I honestly don't know" he said.He had only stopped so he wouldn't leave Hiruko behind.He continued on his way.

"That's why I was wondering."He told Ven.Slowly,his blue gaze returned to his friend that continued walking toward the school.This had better work.He followed Ven with a faint smile.

After a adequate amount of walking, they finally arrived at his school.It looked like a nice school.And very big too.Must have a ton of students that go here.Ven walked up to the door, and walked up the front steps, unlocking the door, and holding it open for Hiruko, seeing it would lock back once it was shut.

Hiruko did take the time to stop and look at the school for a moment.Big,which meant easy to get lost in but fun.The dream eater looked over at Ven,and then followed him inside,"Thank you."Hiruko said to him when he was inside.

He followed inside, letting the door close, and lock behind him.When they stepped inside, Hiruko would see a hall full of lockers, and papers, and doorways.So many lockers, each with a lock, indicating a student owned it."To the third floor!" Ven announced in the quietness empty halls, and his voice actually echoed.

Such a mess.That was the first thing Hiruko thought to himself,and then shrugged.Not all teenagers are always neat,that was no surprise.The dream eater giggled,he found it funny that his voice echoed,that was rare for him."Okay."He said,still laughing about that.

The halls, and the inside of the locks could be worse.Though some peoples lockers, looked like everything would spew out when they opened it.Ven looked at Hiruko, and smiled, before continuing down the hallway.

Hiruko looked up at Ven,at least the beginning of the day had a pretty fun start.The dream eater chuckled before following his old friend looking around the halls,"So,this is a high school?"He asked just to ask.Obviously,the likely chance any type of school and Hiruko would not mix and perhaps that was for the best.He didn't think he would be able to sit in a 45 minute class listening to a teacher talk none stop.

Ven nodded as he walked, "yeah, this is a highschool." He said looking at the ceiling a little.Some students slept in class, bored to sleep as some would say.Ven looked back at Hiruko, a small glimpse that his eyes were purple could be seen.If Hiruko looked at his right shoulder, he would see a small kitten.It was probably about two inches tall, and had purple fur with a black furred tip of his tail.

Hiruko looked around,defiantly not a fun place for him,but it would have been an interesting experience to say the least.It really made a person,in this case a dream eater, wonder how different things could have been without the move and going to school like a normal kid.Expect,he wasn't normal,no human being could enter someones dreams to help,or not help them, and eat dream/nightmares.Hiruko looked at the feline with a small smile,"Hey lil' purple kitty."Hiruko greeted cheerfully.

Ven survived highschool so far, and middle school, and elementary school, even if he wasent normal.But nobody knew that.They thout he was human.The little purple kitten looked at Hiruko, and opened its mouth but it closed,Almost like it meowed,but with no audio.

"Uhh.."Hiruko blinked a few times,and then he laughed.Even if the kitten couldn't be heard that certainly wouldn't stop the little purple feline."Nice."He said looking up at his friend,scratching the kitten chin.A lot of cats seemed to enjoy it when people did that.

"Thats an illusion I invented as a kid, I've been making him come around for quite the while" his friend admitted with a slight smile, watching Hiruko pet the kitten.The kitten lifted its chin, like it liked being scratched there.

"Nice little cat,nice little companion too."The dream eater remarked,clearly he was more fond of cats then dongs.Celeste was the only expectation in his opinion,she didn't react badly towards him unlike other dogs.It was like they knew what he did and didn't like him at all.

But one thing was odd about the little kitten, besides it having purple fur.It had a collar around its neck, that had a tiny charm of a circus tent on it.Had Ven liked carnivals and circuses as a child? Who knows.Ven watched Hiruko."And small enough to keep hidden" he said, seeing the pet was only two inches tell.

Hiruko stopped,his fingers going over the tent like collar.A carnival ?Must have been something Ven was fond of,that was fine for his friend but Hiruko would past.One too many nightmares of a hellish carnivals,he shook his head.One of those nightmares actual left a mark on his side,clowns with killer instincts were not fun to deal with.Hiruko shuddered from that memory and then petted the kitten to calm his nerves."Yeah he is..or she."He agreed.

One had to think, he had made it as a child.What child didn't like carnivals, or circuses, if they ever got the chance to visit and or see one? Venus had liked it. The kitten looked at Hiruko with its pine green eyes."I like to imagine the kittens a he" he said."His names Blaze"
