Species: Raichu/Mouse Pokemon

Gender: Cis male/ He|Him
Sexuality: Questioning
Personality: Kiyoshi is a very cautious Pokemon, he doesn't go out of his way to make friends or companions unless they can help him in some way. Though, if a Pokemon does try to befriend him, he will not push them away unless they become difficult to work around. He uses his head more than his heart, and is quite intelligent. Using this to trick humans and Pokemon so he can get what he needs from them. He is thoughtful to those he holds close, but if he doesn't know you, he will most likely not care as much unless he feels some form of guilt.

Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance is slightly desired, but the overall plot is more important.
