the little six year old girl walled through the woods. she wore a little white dress and she was covered in blood. there was blood on her face, arms, legs, and in her orange hair. she held a big kitchen knife in her hand, there were clean streaks on her face because of her tears and she was shaking.

A young woman sat in a tree not far from the path the girl was taking, a dead animal at the base of the tree and her mouth slightly bloody still. The sharp cracking of a small branch brought her to attention, her body poised like a panther waiting to attack. She listened until she recognized the footsteps as a young child's. "Now what would a young child be doing out here in the dark." She whispered, her voice so low that she could barely hear it. The woman pondered it for a couple more minutes before dropping to the path below and waiting beside the tree she was just in, the bloody animal corpse now out of sight.

the little girl continued to walk on the path. she put her hands over her eyes and she cried. "I don't like this place anymore" she said to herself as she tears dripped off her hands onto the ground. "I didn't want to do that... I couldn't help myself" she continued to talk to herself and she kept her eyes closed because she didn't want to see the trees because they looked scary to her.

The woman listened to the girl talk, her pale skin almost shining in the moonlight as the girl passed within feet of her. The woman was intrigued by what the girl was saying, something about not wanting to do something. Letting out a small sigh, the she stepped out into a patch of moonlight. Her midnight black hair shone in the natural lighting as well as her eyes, with just a hint of red in them. "What is a young girl like you doing in the woods?" She asked warmly, glancing at the kitchen knife in the girls hand. (Sorry about misspellings, on my cell)

the little girl screamed and she pointed her knife at the woman. she opened her big brown eyes that were filled with tears. "if your with the cops ill kill you to!" the girl said and she was shaking. she was surrounded by the scent of fresh blood and the blood dripped of her hands. "I'm running from the cops and people because they all want to kill me because of what I did!"

(ya sure!)

The woman smiled and lifted the corner of her shirt up to reveal a bit of her skin. "Go ahead and take a shot." She said with a sly grin. "If I can survive a bullet through the heart I can certainly survive a knife." She added, grabbing the girls hand and guiding to her heart. "Give it a good thrust, the cops are the least of MY problems."

she started to shake so much, she dropped the knife. "stop it!" the little girl yelled and continued to cry. "why are you doing this!? why do you want me to stab you with my knife!?" she asked and she pulled her hand away. she fell to her knees and she put her hands over her eyes and cried hard. "im scared. I want to go home!"

"Do you really want to go home?" The woman asked, picking up the knife and tossing it at a nearby tree. The knife hit the tree with a dull thunk and was buried up to the grip. Sighing, The woman crouched down to look in the little girls eyes and brought out a pack of tissues from her own pocket. "These might help." She said with a small smile, leaning back to sit on the ground. The woman crossed her legs over each other and grabbed a bag from between her shoulder blades. "You know what might help? Chocolate." She added to herself, pulling out two king sized chocolate bars.

"well, I cant go home" the girl said and she looked at the woman. she smiled as soon as the woman said chocolate. she sat crossed and she put mart of her dress over her knees. "why are you being nice to me? and why don't you want to hurt me? everyone else want be dead because of what I did. it was fun, even though it was a bad thing." she said and she looked at the king size chocolate bars with her eyes wide.

The woman smiled and handed one of the bars to the girl. "You looked like you needed some cheering up, and I never hurt children." She admitted, thinking about what the girl did. "What exactly did you do?" She asked, intrigued that a girl at this age was in the woods and doing something that had caused the cops to instigate.

the little girl took the chocolate bar then she opened it and took a bite. she smiled at she chewed and she swallowed. "well, it started with a bad headache. I went into the kitchen and I grabbed a knife. then I went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror to look at myself, I had this big crazy smile on my face. I went into my mommy and daddy and I stabbed them to death. the same with my friends that were spending the night. I also killed the people that lived around us and I was laughing the hole time. then the cops started to shoot at me so I ran into the woods. they got the trees and not me. so I kept running until I couldn't run anymore. then I met you."

The woman listened to the girl's story and smiled at the end of it. "Wow, good job. I mean... um.." She struggled for words so she wouldn't freak the girl out again. Sighing, she gave up and another question popped into her head. "Whats your name?" The woman asked, avoiding the previous topic.

the little girl looked a little confused when the woman said 'good job'. the little girl shook her head and she continued to eat the chocolate bar. "my name is Idalia! and I,m six years old!" she said happily. the chocolate started to collect in the corners of her mouth and started to get all over her face. she licked around her lips then she got a grossed out look in her face because some of the blood got in her mouth. "blood does not taste good with chocolate"

"That's a pretty name." The woman replied. "Mines Jade." She added as an afterthought. Jade smiled when Idalia accidentally licked some blood up and licked her own thumb and wiped some blood from around her mouth, licking it off her thumb and smiling. "What are you talking about? O-Positive is good." Jade said with a wink.

the little girl giggled the woman cleaned part of her face. "I never said it wasn't good by itself. I said it doesn't taste good with chocolate. I like your name by the way" the little girl said and finished the chocolate bar. she then started to play with her long orange hair that was still dripping with blood. "how long does it take for blood to dry?" she asked then she tugged at her white dress.

"About an hour or two, but you won't have to worry about waiting that long." Jade said with a smile, standing up and holding her hand out to Idalia. "We're going to get you cleaned up and somewhere safe before the cops search the woods.

Idalia nodded "ok" she said then she stood up. she took Jades hand and looked up at her. "where are we going and how to you know its safe?" she asked with a curious and confused look.

"I don't know exactly where, but you're going to be safe because your with me." Jade winked, a smile on her face. She allowed her fangs to descend slowly through her gums and opened her mouth a bit to show Idalia. "Nobody will hurt you, not even me." She added with another wink, picking Idalia up in her arms.
