the six year old was running and hiding from the police in the woods. she had just murdered her friends, family, and all the people around her. she was completely covered in blood and she tightly held a kitchen knife in her hand. she wore a white and red kimono and her hair was long and orange. there were clean streaks on her face because of her tears.

Chase was walking around the woods as he normally would every other day, when he heard the police sirens he quickly began rushing into their direction. He saw a little girl and decided to get closer to her "hey, are you ok?" he asked staying cautious

"stay away from me!" the girl yelled and she pointed her knife at the person. she had started to shake. "if your with the cops ill kill you to!" she yelled and she continued to cry. she was scared and she didn't know what to do. she was in a panic.

Chase put his hands up "woah, i'm not with them I promise, if anything I try my best to stay away from them" he said taking a step back, looking around the area for any of the cops

"ok" she said and she lowered her knife then she sat down and she hugged her knees to her chest. she put her head down on her knees and cried hard. "I'm so scared"

Chase slowly put his hands back at his side "why? Shouldn't you be home with your mother, or father?" he asked standing in place too scared to move or get closer to the girl

"it started with my head hurting then I killed my mommy and daddy and my friends. I was laughing the hole time, then the cops came and they started shooting at me. I couldn't control myself and I don't want to die"

Chase was shocked and didn't want to move anymore, he felt fear for the little girl and also felt sorry, he didn't know what to do so he did the most sensible thing and acted on impulse "alright, well" he thought for a moment and grabbed the girls arm "come on, i'll get you to a safe place" he said and started running deeper into the woods while holding onto her wrist

her eyes widened and she rand next to the person as fast as she could so she could keep up. "why are you helping me?" she asked.

Chase shook his head as he held tightly to the girls wrist while keeping her close to him making sure she didn't trip on anything "I'm acting on impulse right now, i'm not sure what i'm doing yet but a little girl such as yourself shooting be wandering by herself"

she was quiet for a moment. "why don't you want to kill me? everyone else wants to" she said and she looked up at the person.

Chase shrugged "i'm not too sure, give me time to think about it ok?" he said looking over some bushes to a wooden cottage hidden within the woods "here we are" he said stopping beside some bushes leading the way to his wooden cottage inside the forest "alright, hurry up get inside, i'll be in shortly"

she looked at the cottage then back at the person "w-where are you going?" she asked

Chase pointed to the cottage behind the bushes "just get inside i'll explain everything later" he said looking around for anyone who he didn't recognize

she nodded then she looked back at the cottage. she walked over to it then she walked inside and looked around.

Chase began walking around the perimeter and after an hour or two he walked into the cottage and looked at the little girl rubbing his forehead of the sweat "ok, first of all." he said going and sitting in a chair "what's your name?" he asked pointing to a chair across from him offering her to sit in it

she climbed onto the chair and sat down "my name is Idalia and I'm six years old!" she said with a smile.

Chase nodded "ok well, that's out of the way" he said getting up from his chair and opening one of the cabinets "would you like something to snack on?" he asked looking through all of the food he had stored away

"ya! I want something with lots of sugar! I love sugar!" she said happily and she swung her legs back and forth.
