Chases shook his head "I don't have lots of sugary things, but I can mix something in" he said pulling out a pie wrapped in tin foil. He unwrapped the tin foil and cut out a piece of what looked to be apple pie and took a salt shaker with sugar inside and sprinkled a little on the piece "alright, here" he said placing the plate in front of Idalia "so why run into the woods? there's plenty of other places to hide i'm sure"

she smiled big and the took the plate and started eating. "Mm!" she said with her mouth full of pie, then she swallowed. "I panicked and I love the woods. plus, there's lots of trees to hid behind when the cops started shooting"

Chase smiled slightly "alright, well i'll get a bed ready for you tell me if you need anything else" he said as he started upstairs to get the guest room ready

she finished her pie and she picked up her knife and fallowed the person upstairs. "is there a way to wash all this blood off of me?" she asked and tugged at the kimono she was wearing.

Chase pointed to the room across from the one he was walking into "there's a bathtub in there, i'll wash your dress later, in the mean time i'll find something you can wear" he said and walked into the bedroom pulling a mattress out from under his bed

"ok" she said and she walked into the bathroom "how do you start the water?"

Chase walked over to Idalia and pointed to the knob on the side "that knob right their is used to start the water, all you need to to is twist it to the left until you get the right temp, then when the tub is most of the way full twist the knob all the way to the right to turn it off" he said then turned around to go find some blankets and pillows

"ok" she said and she turned the knob. as the tub was filling, she stuck her hands in the water and she got the blood off her hands and the knife.

after a couple of minutes Chase walked back into the bathroom as Idalia was sticking her hands in the water and put a towel as well as some fresh clothes on the counter "there, use the towel to dry yourself off, get dressed then feel free to do whatever you can find" he said as he walked out of the bathroom and hopped onto his bed as he took out a book

once the tub was full, she turned the water off and got undressed and she rinsed the blood off of her and out of her air. when she was done, she got out and she dry herself off and she changed into the cloths. the folded her dirty kimono and the towel and she put it in a pile. she then grabbed her knife and she went to the person and she climbed onto his bed. "what are you doing?" she asked and she set her knife next to her.

Chase placed a bookmark in his book and closed it "i'm reading, couldn't find anything to do?" he asked twisting himself to face Idalia while still laying in his bed

"I don't want to be alone" she said and she sat on her knees then she looked down at her lap.

Chase nodded "I can understand that" he said and put his book down "so, are you tired in the least?" he asked although uncertain since she did just have apple pie with some sugar

"no, not at all" she said and she looked at the person then she put her knife in her lap

Chase laid his head down on the pillow and stretched "my name is Chase by the way" he said placing both hands under his head and looking up to the ceiling

"oh, its nice to meet you" she said with a smile, then she held her knife in her hand and she jumped on chase's stomach and laughed.

Chase held his arms up and gripped Idalia's shoulders "alright this isn't funny" he said holding her off of him

"its not" she asked and she looked confused.

Chase said as he slipped the knife out of her hand and placed it on the night stand beside him "no, that's very threatening and made me jump a little bit" he said and let her down on his bed crossing his legs to make space for her to sit on his bed

"hey! my knife!" she said and she started to crawl over chase to grab it "I'm sorry I scared you but don't take my knife away!" she said and reached for it.
