Idalia smiled and fell asleep cuddling close to chase

In the morning Chase yawned and stretched his arms out, he didn't want to wake Idalia so he slowly slipped out from under the covers and placed them back over her. Chase went to walk downstairs to start looking for something to quickly cook

Idalia woke up then she yawned and rubbed her eyes. She slowly got out of bed and stretched then she grabbed the bear and walked out of the room.

The smell of chicken riddled the air as Chase was cooking his version of breakfast burritos from the kitchen

She looked at her knife then she decided to leave the knife there and she went downstairs. "It smells good"

Chase looks behind him to Idalia "i'm making extras, you want some?" he asked already knowing the girls answer, he takes a tortilla and stuffs the chicken and rice onto the tortilla and wraps it up nice and neat placing the burrito on a plate

"yes please" she said and she sat on a chair. "what are you making?" she asked and looked confused. "it smells like chicken"

Chase brought the plate over to Idalia and set it down on the table "breakfast burritos" he said standing there for a moment "they are good, or at least I think so" he said going back to the stove and cooking some more

she grabbed the burrito and she took a bite. "Mm!" she said with a smile then she swallowed. "it is good" she said happily and she continued to eat.

Chase smiled "glad to hear" he said fixing himself a breakfast burrito turning off the stove and sitting at the table to eat

She had the bear in her lap and she continued to eat. She eventually finished then she ran upstairs and she started jumping on the bed that was for her with her knife in her hand.

Chase finished his burrito off and took a sip of a bottle of water that was on the table and stacked both of the plates, he went upstairs to see what Idalia was doing and paused seeing her jumping on her bed holding her knife "What are you doing?" he said walking into the room watching her

"Im jumping on the bed!" She yelled and she giggled then she spun around as she jumped.

Chase walked over and put his hands up "OK well, can you please put down the knife it's not safe to be holding that while jumping on the bed" he said as he watched intently not touching her so he wouldn't make her mad

She stopped jumping and she put the knife down then she tackled chase while giggling.

Chase stumbled back a few feet after catching her in his arms and he chuckled a little himself

Idalia laughed and she wrapped her arms around chase's neck and hugged him.

Chase felt happy, happy he had someone with him in his lonely hidden cabin in the forest,even if it was close to a town it was still hidden well enough for no one to see it. He looked at Idalia "you want to go out for a treat?" he asked going to the coat hangar while holding Idalia

"Yeah!" Idalia said excited. "Wait... Are we going outside?" She asked a little scared.

Chase nodded "don't worry, you'll be with me the whole time, i'll keep you safe" he said setting Idalia down for a moment and putting on a green jacket then held out a smaller jacket for Idalia which had shrunk too much for Chase to wear
