Arc looked up at Vincent, silently.Almost like a child in a desk at school, being quiet as the teacher teached.Listening, and paying close attention, without speaking a word.Unless to ask a question mostly. He looked down at the page, seeing the information, and the picture. The picture was quite disturbing, expecially to the simple human. He tried looking away from the picture, and read the words, but ever so slowly his eyes made there way back to the picture..looking.
"..It's not pretty,is it?"Vincent asked the child, obviously he didn't mind acting like a teacher.Perhaps it was because he really was a teacher of magics, beings and other dimensions,he didn't mind sharing the this knowledge with those he are interested.
Arc shook his head, no.No it wasent pretty. Not at all.Still disturbing, he looked away.
"Just be glad we don't have to see those creatures,"Vincent said, flipping the book to face hismelf again,"When kids say they have a monster in their closet..makes you wonder if they're talking about dark entity's.It's just a theory of mine, but younger children no older then five seem to have keener sense of the things you and I cannot see,so just maybe they can sense them, and maybe the bogey man is real."He said,Vince still seemed like he was still thinking,"Honestly, how frightening is that."The young man chuckled.
“I am” Arc said. That could indeed be a possible theory. The children crying to their parents over the moster in the closet, and the moster under the bed.But at the end of Vincents sentence, if it was so frightful, why did he chuckle?
Vincent looked at Arc,tailing his head slightly,"Is something wrong, you bothered by something."The young man pointed out calmly. He then realized that through out explaining all of this he had been smiling and chuckling.Did the dark entity's really frighten Vincent,to a degree yes ,but he was also curious what caused the first one to get here. Why here of all the places in the universe?
Arc looked up at the man.He shook his head.Though he didnt get why he had been smiling and chuckling. Now didnt seem like a good time for that.He shook his head, dismissing that thought.
"..Speak up now or forever hold your peace, boy."Vincent said to Arc,growing impatient the more he choice to hide what he was thinking.
"Why do you act like its such a happy subject?” he asked. He was wondering..
Vincent looked away, and then slowly looked back at Arc."It interest me."He told the boy,not about to tell him that his mental stability was low.
"Okay.." he answered.Leaving it at that.He doubted that was the true reason behind it, but of course, some wouldn't dare tell true reasons.
Vincent chuckled again in responsive.Vince then looked at the sky,"My my,it's starting to get late and turn into a lovely evening."The young man said. He still had yet to be effected by the heat of the sweltering summer day.
When Vincent mentioned it getting late, Arc looked up at the sky.He had noticed that Vincent, unlike the rest of the citizens, hadent said a single complained about the heat. Not even once.
Vince then looked at the book yet again, perhaps lessons on entity's could wait for another day. With a clap he shut the tome,"It's a bit of a shame that you have yet to learn the basics of moon entity's."He said, looking up again.
"I can wait" he said.To bad this was a cliffhanger. He had to wait to know.He had learned about light and dark entity's at least. That could be considered the lesson of the day.
Vincent smiled at the boy, holding onto the old tome.Debating if he should let him borrow it for a little while,Leo did when he was younger.Much younger, and it was perfectly fine.
(No problem)
Arc didn't appear like a troublemaker, or a clumsy person. As far as Vincent had seen he was respectful, and quiet.

{Thanks!}
Vincent sighed, tilting his head a bit and held the book out in front of him,"you can borrow this for a while,if you want I mean."He suggested.

(Your welcome?)
Arc looked at the book cover, before hesitantly taking the book."Thank you" he said, looking at Vincent.
