The Gotham streets are busy, the lights of the billboards following you everywhere like a spotlight. ADs for Harvey Dent are everywhere, blinding you. You decide toget away from the light, stumbling across Omniel in a dark ally, smoke surrounding him as he smokes an unfamiliar substance that strangely smells like flowers. The streets are busy, but no one seems to notice this man. He coughs and waves the smoke away from his face, then looks up at you. His eyes are clearly red, seemingly implying that he was high, but it seemed like normally, his eyes were purple. He chuckles and rolls his eyes. He had on a white robe, with a golden cincture on it. His hair is a blinding blonde, with a white streak on the left side. His eyelashes were black and white. He looks up and down at you.
``Whaddya want?`` He asked, his head noticeably twitching for a second.
