David nodded and walked over to the trashcan, throwing his trash away. "Follow me." He said, walking out of the kitchen and up the nearby stairs. He walked along the hallway until they got to Grace's room, the room closed off from the hallway.

Grace sat in bed reading when the three entered. "Hello you three. What have you been doing all day?" She asked smiling.

"Swimming and eating." David answered, going over to the side of her bed. "Are you feeling better?" He asked, sitting in the chair beside her bed.

Grace smiled weakly. "That's nice. I'm not sure if I'm better. Tue pain has gone away but Emily says something else is wrong now."

David's eyes got really bit when she said she had something else wrong with her. "W-whats wrong now?" He asked, clearly very worried.

Grace began to cough a little bit and Emily walked into the room. "She's got a really bad fever." The maid explained. Eren and cassie stood next to grace on the opposite side of the bed.

David frowned and shivered a bit, still in his boxer shorts. "H-how bad?" He crossed his arms over his chest to get a little warmer.

"Bad enough to keep her in bed for another couple of days." Emily said as she put a wet towel on graces forehead. The mistress had turned a little pale and looked sick. "Don't worry David, I'll be okay."

David continued frowning and nodded, letting her know he understood. "I hope you feel better Grace." He said, walking out of the room and leaving Cassie and Eren. Once he was out of the room he ran to the third floor, heading towards the back corner. He stepped under the staircase that sat there, invisible to searching eyes.

Grace watched him exit the room. "I must've upset him. Eren, cassie, could you go find him for me?" Eren nodded his head yes and lead his sister out of the room and began to shout for David. "David! Where are you?"

David stayed under the steps, hearing Eren and Cassie yelling for him. He was scared that Grace was going to die, even though he just found out that she was his sister. Tears streaming down his eyes, he set his head into his knees and cried.

Grace waited until Emily left and got out of bed with a blanket wrapped around her body. "David, please come out of hiding."

David stayed where he was, not hearing Grace because she was a floor down. He continued crying under the stairs, unsure if Eren and Cassie could hear him.

Grace climbed the stairs, coughing as she did. "David, please come out. I'm worried about you."

David finally heard Grace calling him, each attempt ending in a cough. He scooted out from under the steps, calling down the hallway. "Grace, your supposed to be in bed." He called, worried about her health.

"I'm... Fine... I'm just a little... Winded is all." Grace continued to look for her brother, her cough getting worse.

David came down the hallway to meet Grace, her face very pale from the exertion. "Please don't lie to me." He said, tears still glimmering in his eyes.

"Honestly David... I'm... fine... I just... need to... catch my breath." Grace continued to try to walk towards him.

David walked over to Grace instead, worried that she was over exerting herself. "Grace, stop." He said, his voice sounding like he was about to break down again.

Grace hugged him weakly. "I'm sorry... I've made you... worry. I just... wanted to... make... Sure you were okay." Graces skin was incredibly pale now. She'd need to get into bed now or she'd pass out. Then again this behavior was.just like Grace. Worrying about others even if she was really tired and ill.
