(This takes place when Viola is 24 and out of college.)

Viola decided that it was a good day to take a swim. It was her day off and most everyone was no where near the beach, or at least the part she was at. She was in a blue bikini and had a towel with her. Of course, she did plan on going swimming in her human form. She went ahead into the water and once she was in waist deep water, she ducked her head in the water and shifted into her normal mermaid form. She swam farther out into the ocean, close to the bottom. She swam about, seeing all the bright and colorful fish that there was to see. She was out there for hours on end, she loved it so much. She found it easy to make new friends with the marine life. When she was about to head back up, she ended up getting caught in the tide, which knocked her around. She kept trying to swim out of it, but only got pulled in deeper. Soon, she head hit her head against a rock wall and passed out. It wasn't long until the tide subsided and she ended up being pushed to the shore, but nothing could be seen past her waist so she looked to be just a normal girl with long black hair, though her skin held a slight, pale blue tint to it.

Stood there, the very omen of death for many creatures. The vampire had such a dark, twisted and cold presence to him, dressed in rather elegant formal ware consistent of a frock coat, waistcoat and pants. He looked like one from the Victorian age if this creature knew of such a thing. Dressed in solid black, he looked like the fabled Angel of Death. A sickening smile appeared on his face as the tide came in, spitting out the aquatic creature. That smile, like the exchange for showing such a thing was the death of a small puppy. His skin a nice ivory, hair a dark brown was slicked back and those eye's of a glowing Sapphire.
"Good job Cassiel..."He said, looking down at another individual who had her hands up. Seeming to be the one that had caused the tidal wave, awakened the hatred of the sea. "Thank you Lord Montique.. I shall go back to the High Court." She said, before leaving. Montique would go over and grip a hold of the creature's hair, beginning to drag her from the water and revealing her lower half.

Viola was drifting in and out of consciousness, one moment she was still in the water and the next she felt a sharp pain at her head, like someone was pulling her hair. She was utterly confused on what was going on. "Ow." She mumbled, being unable to very much move at this point. She blinked for a moment, seeing her tail but out of the water. Panic hit her but as she tried to move once again, her muscles bean to ache and cramp, refusing her commands to move. She was truly furious now, she hated to feel weak and vulnerable. She didn't know what was going on though, she began to feel herself slip back out of consciousness as she grew only angrier at the situation she was now being put through even though, the possibilities were endless on what was going to happen to her next.

Lucius noticed the feeble acts of defiance.. He looked down at the female. "It's pointless to fight this girl..." He said, before tossing her forward.. Her form hitting the surface of the sandy beach. Montique would cross his arms before closing his eyes. "Mermaids are extremely rare since the map has been fully detailed..." He said with a faint grin and then going down.. Looking to grab her, palm open. "Just relax.. Once I grab your face.. You'll go to sleep and it will be all over..." He whispered so threateningly, was that a death threat?

The toss had woken her up again, this time her mind becoming clearly. She closed her eyes, being to transform back into her human form. Her tail split into two halves, then morphed into human legs, thankfully her bikini bottom hadn't disappeared. Her once long black hair was gone and was short and no longer held it's blue tint. "I... will... not... give... up." She said, try her hardest to fight back. When he grabbed her hand, she tried to pull away but the actions were weak form her blood loss. "Don't... touch... me." She hissed, hate filling her blue eyes.
