Robin walks in, sporting a more cold-weather look. "Ugh", she says as the smell of unwashed bodies and vomit assaults her nose; sometimes she wished that she didn't have a strong sense of smell.

Kagami walks up to Varian. "Two things kind, A, Magic is real, i have many examples, also, can i see your research real quick? I want to see if it's anything i recognize."

Varian squinted his eyes, unsure if he believed that or not. "I see."

Varian looked at Kagami and held up the alchemy book.


There were many symbols referring to alchemy. (Shown above.)

Kagami sighs and leans over Varians shoulder, uncovering her left eye. "Hmmm... i don't seem to recognize this type of alchemy..."

"Those symbols are quite common", she said as she saw the symbols. "I am not a alchemist myself but alchemy is quite common in my village other than hunting, of course", she rambles on.

Kagami stares at Robin. "Are you from his universe?"

"Universe? I don't know what that is", she tilts her head in confusion.

(whatever he's doing the research on or in or whatever. Kagami could help him, and show him other types of cool stuff.)

He kept his head down low, in an attempt to make sure no one saw the solemn look on his face

Kagami puts the papers down and conjures a piece of chalk.

(funny thing is, there are many takes on alchemy, the one im thinking of is Fullmetal Alchemist, but idk about this one. time to start leaning.)

“I heard about realms but never a universe”, she says, “And there is 9 planets.”

(OOC: A little shed on what Robin is talking about - House of Crows’ universe has 9 planets which a planet named Chiamos is the ninth one)
