Light illuminated the shadows of the night as a lone figure darted in between buildings, a faint glow coming from a sword strapped to it's waist. The figure was male in appearance, the shadow hiding most of his face. He was trying to be stealthy but was miserably failing, every footstep was a gunshot in the silent streets. A shadow could be seen ahead of the man, oblivious to the feeble attempts he made of being stealthy. He had been following this shadow ever since it left a club around eleven, a bad smell filling up the mans nose.

When the man could take no more, he jumped from behind the wall at the shadow only to find it was just an elderly woman in a black cloak. Taking out a pouch from one of the inner pockets of his trench coat, the man sprinkled some purple dust in front of the woman's face making her forget she ever saw him. "Man, I thought I got something this time." The man mumbled once he was down the street a bit, the natural shadows of the night enclosing him.

Shivan couldn't move. The building next to Atrix had several basement levels, and was filled with people that weren't people. Her mouth was gagged and her hands and feet were tied behind her back. She had been there for a few days. She was sleep leaning against the stone wall behind her. One of the not-men walked out of the building, shifty and uncertain.

Atrix sniffed the air, smelling gunpowder nearby. "I wonder....." He mumbled to himself, muttering an invisibility spell as the guard walked out of the building. He noticed the guard as he truly was, a vampire using a glamour. Atrix raised his hands and quickly dispatched the vampire with a simple fire within spell, burning his heart in seconds.
