He smirked "oh really?" he says playfully. He then looks at her "So Vic, Mind if I call you vic?" He asked putting his hands together
She shook her head "not at all"
He smiles "well Vic I have been meaning to ask you this, But what do YOU want to do when this is over? Because I have already told you what I want to do" he says smiling
She shrugged "Well celebrate first and foremost." she smiled "Then I'm not sure. Maybe I'll try to help clean up and then find a place of my own that's not the alley."
He smiled "I could help you find a place to live, I have lots of money anyways" he says smiling
She smiled "Thanks but I don't need your charity."
He put his hand on her shoulder "Look I want to look out for you and care for you, Its no trouble really" he says smiling
Her smile was genuine this time and she nodded grabbing the hand he rested on her shoulder "I know and thank you but I don't like feeling as if I'm using someone for something. In this case it would be money."
He sighed "Look Vic, I use to feel the same way. I never asked for help ever because I thought I would be a bother to those around me. You wont be using me this will be repaying you for the fact you saved my ass twice" he says smirking "So think of it that way"
She sighed and nodded "Fine but that's all it is." she smirked
He nods "good" he says smiling
She smiled seeing the food arrive.
He smiles as well and stretching and starts to eat
She eats as well and stops when she is full. "mmn best I've had in a while." she admits
He smiles "well ya since all we have been living off are small condiments and jars of stuff and protean supplements anything will taste good" he says laughing
She nods "Yes its a nice break."
He nods and finishes and stretches "so what do you want to do?" he asked looking at her
She shrugs "What are you up for? Nothing to strenuous of course."
He smiled "i know..." he says thinking, He looks at her "why not some good old fashioned Truth or Dare?"
She smiled "Sure that could be fun. Shall we go back to your room at the ward or..." she didn't really want to play truth or dare in the cafeteria.
