Hi, I'm kinda at a standstill here. You see, I want to upload a fanfiction on fanfiction.net... but its kinda my first time and I have no idea what I'm doing. Tutorials from youtube have helped, but I have a couple of questions that I want answered before I do this so I don't screw it up. So if someone out there has done this before and can help me, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you~.

First go to Publish then press Doc Manager. It will ask you to accept the Terms of Use and all that, and once you have I think it will bring you back to Doc Manager and that's where you can upload your story.

Okay, Q1. when it says label, does that mean the title of your story? And Q2. Do you recommend I do the Copy and Past or file update?

I used to write a lot there. Label could be the title of a chapter, since you upload the stories there y chapter.

If you take your time writing a chapter, then it's better to use the file update, since you wouldn't have to be online to write it. You could write in word and when it's ready, upload it. But if you're uploading short chapters you write on the spot, the copy and paste option is better suited for that.
