Unfortunately, humans are only allowed to join.

There is the occasional NPC that might be questionable on whether he's human or not, but those are rare.

I could use Andrew as a graduate.....

I don't think Andrew would be suiting for the genre, since this is an academy based in the 1800s, the victorian era.
They didn't have any robotics back then. The closest thing they had were automatons, but they were small, animated figurines rather than suits.

Animals, female characters, non-human characters, time-travelers, superpowered characters, and the such are not allowed.
