The crooked man continued to walk towards Venus.

Ven got up and ran.He didn't want to find out what this man had up his sleeve.

The Crooked man ran after Venus his hanging neck, that moved like a hook swayed left and right as he ran after him with the same twisted smile.

Ven ran, past the stairs, pat the cat skeleton, past everything, going straight for the door.He practically slammed into the door, and turned the doorknob to open it..it didn't open.

The Crooked Man continued to follow behind Venus running as fast as he could, running as fast as possible, stepping on the Skelton and all the trash and muck on the cloor.

Ven tried openings the door again.Damn it! Why! Had the lock rusted due to the age of the house or something? Venus didn't give up..

The Crooked Man followed behind Venus, only keeping a few inches away from him, he was incredibly fast for his disfigured look, once, Venus got to the door where he tried to escape, the mysterious man tried to slow down.

Venus pounded a fist on the door.A sigh of defeat for opening it.It would budge.He looked back at the man, he was shaking a little.It was a little late to turn back, and go for a window.

The Crooked man walked closer and closer towards the boy, slowly reaching out to grab him, there was no escape for him now in a situation like this. The windows are boarded, they were always boarded just like before, so running to the windows was pointless.

The boy faced the man, his back pressed against the wall.Looking around with eyes filled with fear, for something, anything he could use against this man, this monster,

The man walked closer and closer towards Venus, reaching out his long arms just like before.

Venus was as far back against the wall as he could go.He didn't care, he ran, avoiding the mans arm, and running away.

Before the man could take another snatch at the boy, the little punk got up and tried to find another means of escape again. The door was locked, tge window's were boarded with wood, where else would he go?

Ven ran.Ran anywhere but near that man.He stopped at the stairs, trying to make a quick desision.Go upstairs, or stay downstairs. He went upstairs.

The man chased Venus going any direction Venus tried to get away from him, this guy was not letting him go scott free from breaking into his home.

Venus came to a stop, at the end of the hall, he had tried all doors, all upstairs were locked.Well didn't that just figure.

The Crooked Man continued to follow Venus, most of the rooms were locked and the doors that wasn't locked, had a window that was boarded.

Ven found that room, but it had a boarded window.He looked at the man.What did he plan to do to him.He didn't want to find out.He ran into the room, shutting the door behind him.

The Man ran after Venus, since Venus decided to walk into the guy's house without a invitation there was no telling what he was going to do. The man followed behind Venus up the stairs, still wanting to grab the little punk and strangle him. Sadly his attempts failed once again, when the boy dashed into a open room and was smart enough to close the door behind him. The Crooked man stopped and stared at the lock door and quickly slammed his body against it.

Ven kept his back against the door.Hoping the man would just go away..
