i have procured some interesting hair texture brushes. i want to abuse them mercilessly. most of my POC characters are rocking dreads or other protective hairstyles, though, so i don't really have a lot to pick from in my own arsenal.
ANYWAAAAYS. i'm looking predominantly for black/mixed characters. maybe some asians (both east and south) because i always need to touch up on that facial structure. you're not going to get anything fancy. just a sketch of whatever i'm feeling. maybe some colors if i'm particularly generous.
obligatory boilerplate: no NSFW characters or groups. this includes characters with obvious sexual themes, that are involved in NSFW/smutty groups, or that would otherwise get you forcibly escorted off the public library premises if someone saw you looking at their profile. i don't want my art to be associated with smut lmao
also if you've gotten a freebie from me in the past couple months, pls dont request again, i'm trying to spread the love. also also no stolen art references. if there's not a credit attached to your character's references, i'm not drawing them

i haven't anything recent for monday; his profile is flagged for written content (mentions of), nothing graphic or explicithe technically looks egyptian, heritage of arabic and african, was born in germany though so maybe some turkish too! this is a very very veryveryvery old ref pic, ahahaha. do with him what you will, i adore drawn interpretations of written characters

i have zero desire to be creative because this week has been absolutely dreADFUL between people deciding to die at inconvenient times and exams, but alas, luscin said they're gonna draw free shit so luscin's gonna draw free shit. and i have comms i need to warm up for...,,,
funny story: i think i have middle school homestuck trauma because there was this emo hottie who was mad into it and i lied and said i was also into it to impress her (also mcr). i told her i'd read every single page. i didn't even know who the #### vriska was but i said she was my favorite troll. anyways turns out emo hottie was 100% heterosexual and i made an absolute goddamn fool out of myself trying to read several thousand pages before she caught on for no particular reason

i pretty much use sai for everything i do. i've got, like, two brushes. that's it. is it the best? ...no, but i've used it since baby's first digital drawing and i refuse to improvise, adapt, OR overcome
for the hair brushes i just use clip studio paint because it's literally cheating
