The little town you were currently staying at was seemingly pleasant. The townsfolk always greeted you happily and it was just a joy to stay. However, there was something the townsfolk always told you: “Beware of the black cat.”
They never gave any context to it. Maybe it was some sort of myth passed down? The town did seem very spiritual…But eventually you would find out during your walk from a local restaurant, a bag of food in your hand. You stopped, hearing a noise come from one of the roofs. Before you could even look up the bag was suddenly ripped out of your hand, quick and tiny hands pulling aggressively as a look of a child bolted away…
