He Had no idea where he was that would be the last time he uttered a strange Spell sent to him in the mail. He sighed. Why did he do it blame the curiosity. . He tried to stand but fell back down. He realized he was under a tree and a head of him was some sort of building . His legs felt like jello.

''Transportation spells, he wrinkled his nose, nasty business ''.

"Honey you have mail!" Her Mom called out to her from downstairs. Maria thought that was werid since she didn't have any friends. Many people didn't like her. They thought she was weird. She didn't blame them because she was weird. She was half human half vampire, something you don't see a lot in the supernatural world. Maria never met her Dad because he was a vampire and her Mom never told him that she got pregnant after sleeping with him. She wanted to keep me safe because you never see half human, half vampire, as far as she knew. Unlike vampires, Maria could walk in the sun and only needed small amounts of blood to live on. She preferred real food anyways.

"I'm coming mom", she called down. Maria picked up the letter and went back to her room. She throw the letter on her bed and jumped in the shower. When she got out she through on some sweats, a tank top, and a hoodie. She jumped on her bed and looked at the letter she got. There wasn't a return address so she had no idea who it was from. She opened it and all it looked like some kind of poem. She read it out loud and the next thing she knew she was on top of some guy, in a forest.

Maria was half scared and half shocked. "Who the hell are you? What do you want from me? I have a black belt, so don't try anything", she shouted at him. She really didn't have a black belt, but what else was she going to say, she thought to herself.

He groaned in pain. '' get off still have jelly legs.'' Your the one who attacked me ,he gasped , my name is Vincent kind and you are'' .

"Me!?" she shouted? "I did not attack you. I have no idea where I am. I was just in my room, and then all of a sudden Bam, I was here", she said. She got off Vincent. "Um, sorry. I'm Maria Rose",she responded. She wasn't sure she could trust this guy. "So where are we?" She said looking around. All she saw was trees and a building in the distance. Looked like an old fashion castle. Maria knew she was no where near home. She wished she had her phone.

'' no idea I was at home recovering from my last adventure , that's why I have Jelly legs and the counsel of Merlin sent me a strange letter it was a new spell or a seedy joke .'' I put a little oof in it and now I 'm here I hope it's not a burn a witch time. He shivered, '' I hate those .'' ''Anyway, he finally stood up, let's explore and then I will send you home . Once in a life time chance what do you say."

"Adventure?" she ask. What excactly does he do she thought. "Wait, witch? Are you supernatural, or just crazy? she said with a laugh. Maria never met anyone else that was supernatural. Her mom always told her that there wasn't to many people that were nice who are supernatural. Maybe she should act human untill she can trust him. "I got a letter too" she said out loud without even thinking. "I was reading it and then I was on top of you." "What do you mean send me home?" She had so many questions, but wasn't sure if she should ask any more. "Um, sure that sounds okay" she said with a little worried. "You lead the way", she said while smiling at him.

'' Well more of a wizard. I go around doing stuff ''. ''He starts walking toward the castle, I can turn my socks in to money very handy.''

Maria froze in shock. "W.. W.. Wizard?" she finally chocked out. She couldn't believe her ears. "Do you think you should be telling strangers what you are? You could get caught," she said to him. "Although, I have to say, the sock thing id pretty cool, but thats not the point here. How do you know that you can trust me?" she said.

" He stopped and faced her because only someone who has some form of magic can teleport and if it is a freaky incident of where a norm is involved . I am sorry but I will erase your memory." He sounded really serious

''I know socks are good for a lot of things". Now sounding cheerful now off we go .

Now she was angry. "You will not ease my memory! You have no right to! I am not some toy! Do you understand me?" she said loudly.

" it is for the safety of others , this isn't about you being a toy .'' It is about keeping the innocent boys and girls who are magical safe that is who I am. "

She calmed down and said, "Look I know you have no reason to, but you can trust me. Back home I'm no one. I have no friends. You're the first person in a long time that hasn't looked at me like I'm some freak, and for that I owe you one. If you promise not to ease my memory, I promise to keep your secret. The innocent boys and girls well be safe if you don't ease my memory.

''Swear to it . " he held out his wand . '' All you have to do is touch the wand and repeated iilltouss ''

She just had to laughed. She never heard anything like that before. "I swear I will not tell anyone about our adventure" she said then touched his wand and said, "iilltouss". She looked at him and smile, "Do you trust me now?"

The wand lit up . He smiled , ''your not human so yeah was your mom a witch or something else''.he walked toward the grey old style castle.

That was amazing she thought. "My Mom is human, not no witch. Haha, I'm also human." She said back. She fully didn't trust him yet, so she wasn't about to tell him her secret. "So Vincent, tell me more about what you do"

''I do stuff and get paid for it . I get paid to be me''. He looks around wide eye ''what do you see.''

"That's not much information," she laughed. Maria stopped and looked around. "What am I suppose to be be seeing? she asked Vincent. "I don't see anything but trees and that castle. It's a castle right? Are we still in the 21st century. If we are we in England or something?" She slipped in front of Vincent to stop him from walking. She looked up and said, "Are we safe? Are your jobs are dangerous, then I think we shouldn't go near that castle. "

" Do you see any where else he put on a pair glass . They were golden thine framed . He put away his wand and walked up to the entrance of the castle . ''My jobs are dangerous, being me is dangerous.''
'' I hope it's an evil wizard I do love spell battles. '' that's funny there are no guards here he knocks on the door." Safe no your not, but you are not alone.'' ''I will not let anything happen to you.''

She smiled at what he said. She's been alone her whole life. "If no one is here why we were sent here? You would think someone would be waiting for us. Do you think it's a trap?" she asked. "And Thanks Vincent. I really mean it. I have no idea What's ahead of us, but I'm glad Im with you."
