Other Female Charact (played by KuroSakuranbo14)

For several days, a young man by the name of Zane Faye had been missing. He was the leader the cities most well known ruthless and cruel gang, the Black Jacks. He had a sick grandmother who was bed ridden and a grandfather who was constantly working to make sure their bills were paid. He was last seen walking down the street by a few bystanders. No one knew of his whereabouts and everyone was wondering on where he had disappeared off to. The gang had many different enemies that would want him dead.

Zoe had just woken up in the middle of the city, not far form a stream. She was confused and annoyed. She started to stand up when she felt a sharp pain run through her body, letting her know she was seriously wounded. She felt back down to the ground on to one knee, panting. "Damnit, I will get those little..." She said with a string of cuss words following.
Jonathon wandered along the streets, looking for something fun to do. Since he'd quit his gang activities and was doing time with a local church to pay off his crimes with community service, he found he had more time on his hands than he knew what to do with.

So he ambled down the road, hands stuffed into his pockets, one of which contained a red bandanna from his former gang days, when he heard the trickle of water. He'd heard about a creek that ran through the city but he'd never actually seen it, so he averted his course to find it--and stumbled across someone half kneeling in the road, looking rather...unwell.

Concerned, he jogged towards her when he heard the cursing. "Hey, are you okay?"

Zoe looked up as she saw someone come towards her. She started to pick herself up, using the wall for support. She saw not far form her on the ground was one of the flyers for her, of course it was printed off as saying that she was a male and went by the name of Zane. She sighed then looked up as the person grew closer and spoke up. "What does it look like?" She quipped, more angry at herself for getting into this situation than at this man offering to help her. The anger faded quickly away off her face but she didn't explain why she had snapped at him.
Jonathon stopped as the injured kid picked himself up off the ground, using the wall for support.

"That you look like hell," he stated flatly. "Who did this to you?" He looked around before the fluttering flyer caught his attention. He reached down to pick it up.

That was how Zoe felt right now. She had a couple slashes on her waist, a black right eye, cut left cheek, and a split lip.

"Some rival gang, they have had out for me quite some time." She explained with a frustrated sigh. She didn't know how long they had her, she was in a warehouse without any windows so she couldn't tell when it was day or night, it bugged her like crazy. "What is the date?" She asked, coughing a bit.
Jonathon's eyes widened in surprise. "And you're still alive? Which gang got you?" He had a funny feeling in the pit of his stomach about that. "How did you escape?" And then when she asked the date, replied: "It's February 14th. No joke."

"They couldn't kill me if they wanted to; their too weak. The stupid Red Kings." She said with a roll of her eyes, there was a thin line of a scar wrapped around her throat, showing they tried to kill her by cut her throat but didn't get farther enough. "I didn't, I guess they thought I was dead and dumped me off here." Her eyes widen as he said the date and she punched the wall, angry. "Those little bitches kept me in that damn warehouse for a month!" She had been kidnapped on January 16. She could only hope that her grandmother was alright, she knew that woman had a weak heart and worried more over Zoe and her husband than herself.
A month? He looked at the flyer he held and nearly dropped it. "You're Zane? The one that's been missing for a month?! We need to get you home! Your parents must be worried sick about you. Or maybe a hospital. Oh man, the police are going go nuts when they find you..."

And he really didn't want to be around when the police showed up. But he couldn't leave Zane like this either...

Zoe nodded. "Yes, Zane Faye." They only difference form the photo of her on the flyer and her now, besides the cuts and black eye was her red hair was a bit longer. She shook her head. "I just need to get home. My parents don't care about me, I live with my grandparents. What is this place?" She asked, knowing that this question sound strange but she couldn't think of any other way to phrase it. Her grandparent lived on the outskirts of the town, in the woods that surrounded this city, barely anyone knew she lived there.
"Alright, I'll get you home. Where do you live? You're in the middle of the city right now, on Old Creek Road, actually, about a block from Main Street."

He didn't think she'd make it that far, but maybe they would be able to pass a hospital or something.

He fished in his pockets and found the Twix he hadn't eaten yet. He offered it to Zane. "You're probably hungry, this'll help give you some energy at least."

"Uh... they live on the outskirts, in the forest around the city, closer to Drake Drive." Zoe sighed, it would take a good time to get there on foot. She only hoped they didn't see a hospital because she really didn't want to go to one. They would notice how she was able to keep alive while having such deep wounds on her waist, all her organs were perfectly fine and she had stopped bleeding. How the hell would I explain that?? She thought.

"Thanks. I don't know your name." She said, taking the Twixt and eating it quickly but not like a raved animal. After a month of being locked up with barely any food or water, she still has her manners intact. Being part demon had its benefits, she could have gone three months with all that torture and still be fine after a few days of rest.
"I'm Jonathon. Oh. That is a ways..." Not that that was going to stop him, but he looked again at Zane. "You gonna make it that far?" It was just a candy bar and Zane had been missing for what, a month?

"Maybe we should get a taxi or someone..." But he knew going to anyone like that, they would want to drop them off at a hospital or police station. He sighed. Why did things have to get so complicated?

Zoe nodded with a defeated look. She was trying to think of a way that they could avoid having to go that far or the hospital or to the police. She then came up with an idea and shook her head at what he suggested. "No, there should be a number on the flyer. If you live nearby, we can go there and dress my wounds then you can call my grandfather and he can come get me after work." She said, coughing again. Once her wounds were dressed, the healing would go faster.
Jonathon hesitated. "The only thing is that my parents...might be home. And my sister has no talent for keeping secrets. She'll want to know everything and she'll end up telling my parents everything she knows."

He hummed a moment in thought. "I could grab a first-aid kit, and if you stay hidden around the back, that could work though. If you write down your phone number for me, I'll give your grandfather a call when I'm inside." Hopefully his sister wouldn't eavesdrop either.

He reached into his pocket for a pen and paper, and accidentally half-pulled out his red bandanna, which he hastily shoved back into his pocket, before handing the pen and paper over to Zane.

Zoe nodded. "That is fine. If she does come over to me, I won't tell her anything. I am good at biting my tongue." She said with a shrug. She knew how it was to have nosy sisters, she had about five back with her parents.

She raised an eyebrow at the red bandanna, but didn't say anything about it. She took the paper, finally getting off the wall, she was a bit wobbly at first but then gained her balance. She used the brick wall to bare down and wrote the number for her grandfather's cell phone and work phone, separating the two by putting a C by one and a W by the other.
Jonathon took the paper and pen back, stuffing both in the other pocket this time, after glancing at the numbers. "I'll make sure to call him."

He then turned around, putting the creek behind him. "My place is this way. I'll take us the back route so we're not seen."

He had plenty of back routes to take, routes he had used and formed and discovered over the course of four years as a gang member, which required he come and go unseen. And they proved useful again now; he just hoped none of his old gang members were watching the same routes he was taking now. That would lead to some, well, troubling questions and times.

"You want me to call his work or his cell first?" Jonathon asked Zane. "And what should I tell him? Anything specific?"

Zoe nodded, feeling gaining enough strength to cross a short distance, hopefully all the way to Jona's house. "Lead the way, I'll follow." She said, stuffing her hands in her jacket pockets. She was a little surprised that they left her with her jacket instead of taking it and leaving her out in the night time to freeze to death.

Zoe thought for a minute then shook her head. "Just don't tell him how bad of a condition I am in, he'll just worry and will end up telling my grandmother, that woman's heart wouldn't be able to take it." She said with, frowning. It was clear that she was more worried about how her grandparents will react to this and how it will affect their health rather than her own health.
"I'll make sure to leave that out, then. And maybe we can get you looking a little better."

Jonathon led the way back to his house, peering around the edge of the house to find his parents' cars were gone. Yes. Maybe they had taken his sister with them?

"Wait here, I'll be right back," he told Zane. He did a quick sweep of the house, finding that not only had his sister not remained behind, but that his parents had also left. Great! He went back to Zane.

"Good news the coast is clear so you can come in. You wanna call your grandfather yourself? He might prefer to hear your voice instead of mine." Jonathon disappeared into a bathroom to grab the first-aid kit, before pulling out a cell phone. "Or I can do it, up to you either way."

Zoe was relieved to hear that Jona's family was not home so she followed him inside then nodded. "Yes, I think it is better for me to call him." She said, gently taking his phone when he pulled it out. She quickly dialed the cell number. She cleared her throat and stepped out of the bathroom, the rough edge in her voice was gone once her grandfather picked up.

"Hello?" He said, there weren't any sound of people moving around so it must be a slow day at the shop.
Zoe cleared her throat, then spoke, "Hey, grandpa. It's Zoe." She said, holding the phone away form her ear when she heard what sounded like it being dropped. After a couple moments, the phone was picked up in a panic and she could hear the startled voice of her grandfather.
"Zoe?! Is that really you? Where have you been? What happened?!" Zoe explained to her grandfather what had happened and told him that she was fine. She hoped Jona didn't hear her, more so when she said her real name.
"Where are you now, Zoe?" He asked.
"I am near Old Creek, can you pick me up after work?" She asked.
"Y-Yeah, it will be awhile though, we are closing up late tonight."
"That's fine. I'll see ya then, grandpa." They said their farewells then Zoe cleared her throat brought back the edge to her voice as she walked back into the bathroom and handed the phone to Jona. "He said it will be awhile because he is closing up late tonight."
Unlike his sister, Jonathon didn't eavesdrop on Zane's conversation. Instead he was readying the various bandages and ointments that Zane should use to clean up his face.

He looked up when Zane returned and frowned. "He's still going to work after you've been gone for a month?" He was surprised; he would have thought the old man would drop everything to come pick up his missing grandchild. But maybe not.

"Well, here. I've got bandages, gauze, and hydrogen peroxide for your cuts. It might sting a little, but it's better than getting an infection. Also, you should wash your face--there's soap and a towel in the bathroom for you to do so. And I can make you a sandwich while you're cleaning up. You like ham and cheese?"
