I'm looking for a short-term plot. H'Zaja needs to collect an item for a quest given by an NPC, but is desperate for a skooma fix and is willing to steal it from your/a character. What happens when she gets caught in the act?

Willing to expand on the plot if you have any interesting ideas! Because she travels, H'Zaja can be in any given given city or small settlement within Skyrim.

At first glance he is sullen and somewhat anti-social, but often performs various good deeds and goes out of his way to kill dragons and hurt people that prey on the innocent. He is a dragonborn, but doesn't tend to use the Thu'um because he is fearful on how the people he is trying to protect will react. He has gotten his hands dirty on several occasions but doesn't go out of his way to commit crimes.
