tbh given their general size and love for just absolutely smashing things with their mighty hip check, I'm not convinced all the combat that's being asked of them is actually bothersome
I bet the thing they are most annoyed about is overland travel

Pretty much the entire rest of the trip was ocean. And I got robbed by dolphins like 2 or 3 times on their way back!
