I've tried joining Just Talkin' a few times and generally find myself posting in the middle of existing convos. I figure I might just not have much in common with others, heh.

I've cried 2-3 times over that thing and it still isn't over.

With open chats, it's generally fine to try to shift things toward something you can engage with, so long as you don't get super pushy about it if others don't follow it at that time.

I can give an estimate based on how often I've seen "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" posted.

I usually just ask once and if people aren't responding I figure they're doing their own thing.
