Aunn smoothly dismounted the horse, absently getting his hand away from her in what seemed like self-defense rather than annoyance, like Wax was probably expecting. She walked around 10 feet away from him before breathing deeply a few times and assuming a calm, collected expression.

As the music started, their surroundings changed to look like a grand ship at sea, becoming so convincing that Wax was a little disoriented at first. He could hear all the overlapping sounds and could smell and taste the salt in the air. He could feel the ocean's spray on his skin. Even his and Aunn's clothes changed to match the setting.
When the song swells into the chorus, the sea grows rough, punctuating every long "Heave ho" with a large wave coursing under the ship. Along with this, a male pirate swung in from out of sight to join Aunn in song, as well as dancing with her and assisting her in performing acrobatics.
As the song went into the final verse, the sun began to set and the sea got calmer as the two performers included Wax in their act, exchanging him with each other after dancing with him for a few seconds. They all stood beside each other in the last few seconds of the song, taking in the gorgeous view.
Wax blinked after the song was over and saw that everything had returned to normal with no sign they had gone anywhere. He was standing a few steps from where he had started, and he was next to Aunn, just as she had been when they were on the ship. The male pirate had disappeared along with the rest of their surroundings, and they stood in the quiet field once again.
Aunn looked to her left at Wax. "What did you think?" she asked, grinning widely.
