Meanwhile, mine have completed like, a trip and a half in all this time, and a little earlier the threat numbers changed on various tiles. Most notable in that one that had 5% is clear and one that was clear has 6% threat.

It sounds like another company passed by you and took out the final 5% threat on that hex. Unfortunately, it's possible for lizards to sloowly creep back into hexes over time.

I suspected that might be a risk.

Also, just a little earlier, as soon as the hourly spawn hit, my necro-walrus wanted a bath, and I'm not sure if I should be concerned.
