I’m waiting for my walruses to do stuff… maybe i shouldn’t have prioritized foraging, but it seemed like it would be helpful for getting items. Do we get epic week items to help with clues and stuff on this?

You can sometimes find bottles while adventuring with your walruses that have a message in them.

if you use it, the message will be shown to you - usually a nice poem or thought - and then you'll get an empty bottle to be used for other things.

I guess to provide a little more context: I have a habit of raiding the Armory for hats and damaged guns to repair, since it's always difficult to keep enough guns on hand for the strong enemies.
