Another soul who enjoys fandoms! I'm thrilled to see the influx of fandom appreciate-ers. I am mostly a licensed character role-player myself, and while I know that bothers some folks as you said, we're here to enjoy ourselves. I've been very accepted and I think you will be too. The community is extremely open and eclectic with a crap ton of diversity.
Honestly, it's all over the map and groups are just as prevalent as one-on-ones. Most RPs will be marked with their appropriate filters so you may be able to sift through the adverts and hopefully find something that interests you.
My favorite thing to suggest, however, is checking out the Public Forums -- namely the Forum Games. They are a silly but thought-provoking way to break the ice, meet fellow writers, and if you are busy like me, slap in a decent post here and there.
I hope you like it here and it turns out to be what you're looking for. As someone who is insanely tied up with life's priorities, I can easily understand the time away! Take care!
Thank you! I really appreciate the suggestions. I'll try to check out those forum games as well when I can
Welcome to here. Speaking of D&D, I just saw that movie. Fun entertainment!
