Egyptian god Seth/Set, brother to Osiris (who was also a king, but became a god of the underworld upon death) immediately came to mind, maybe there's a link to him? Throwing it out to possibly revisit when there are more clues revealed.
Edit: Mythology aside, I also looked a bit into Cleopatra's history, but couldn't find anything that immediately stood out.

Queen Elizabeth the 1st?
I know given the symbol it’s likely ancient Egyptian but honestly this just makes me think of Rasputin and how people thought he was immortal from the ridiculous amount of attempts on his life :’D
In so far as ancient Egypt goes I agree with Smaugthekitty in that Set is the best fit!

I tried Set and Seth, and they didn't work. I also tried Osiris, Isis, and Anubis, which I didn't expect to work, and they didn't.
have we tried Horus?
On the off chance that this isn't mythology related, two pop culture-y options that come to mind are:
Moon Knight (Marvel)
Doctor Fate (DC)

I searched up famous rebels in ancient Egypt, and this was the first guy to come up… maybe it’s something to do with him? I know a lot less about Egyptian history than I do mythology, so I can’t say for sure.
There seems to be a time-travelling element to this, based on the third clue. Could this be a reference to Outlander? I'm not very familiar with it, but I believe it involves time travel via some standing stones. And I believe one of the main characters, Jamie Fraser, is part of the Jacobite rebellion.
I tired both Horus and Eye of Horus, neither worked
Perhaps this could be related - the rebel pharaoh? I'm at work at the mo so not much time to read through it

I was wondering about that too: Akhenaten basically rebelled by having his people follow a monotheist religion instead of the 42, with the god in question being Aten instead of Amun. As far as being named after a rebel, and assuming Akhenaten is the rebel in this scenario, Tutankhamun used to be named Tutankhaten like his rebel dad. this took place in the 18th dynasty, and it was called the amarna period.... hmm.. not sure what else!
I guess in a sense Tutankhamun rebelled again by restoring the previous religious system? Or Akhenaton himself is meant to be the son of Aten, and his wife, Nefirtiti, was one of the most powerful women in ancient Egyptian history. I'm not too sure how the other clues fit in though.
Going back to Egyptian mythology, perhaps it could be a reference to Apep (or Apepi, or Apophis). He was a great enemy to Ra, king of the gods. And Apophis was a villain in Stargate SG1; I notice the necklace and earrings on the queen look a little like activated stargates.
Tried so far:
Set
Aten
Akhenaten
Tutankhaten
Tutankhamun
Apep
Apepi
Apophis
I'm super intrigued by LisaBlankenship's suggestion of it being maybe related to Stargate though! I have little to no knowledge about it unfortunately; is there anyone who is familiar with the series who can weigh in on this?

I looked up ankh, since that's an ankh for the symbol, and then I tried Ankh rebel... It resulted in Google showing me the Ankh PC video game, starring Assil, a boy who rebelliously steals a Pyramid key and gets cursed by a mummy - but finds a magical Ankh and meets the girl of his dreams, who is rebellious and mysterious.
Also, it's made by Rebel Games. However, I didn't see anything about time travel in the description, or anything about it affecting time/being pivotal, so unless it was the first of a kind of game, I don't think it quite fits.
It's funny to read about though. The graphics are kind of cool, PC games are intriguing.
I'll go look up the Outlander games, I suppose:)

I'm not familiar with it, but it sound like Assil is worth a try
I tried Assil, and Jamie Fraser as well
I tried enlisting my mom’s help who was a tour guide here in Egypt and also a casual stargate fan.
She says try Ahmose-Nefertari, Ahmose, Ankhmaskis or Ankhwennefer
Those could fit the last clue but we’re not sure about the first two
Alexander the Great might be another suggestion as she thinks it fits the first one but I don’t know about that.
Also, might be a stretch but has anyone looked into Assasin’s creed origins? Bayek’s son was murdered, and he of course assassinates while seeking revenge, and his whole story is being examined by Layla Hassan who in a sense is also a rebel (both from her backstory and what happens during the game)

Could it be a Wentworth reference? It keeps coming up in my searches but I've never seen it to figure it out, seems to be the main character is in there for attempted murder, there are families of rebels, and at least one is named after another rebel in the show.
The Immortality Symbol clues wrote:
Rebel, murderer and victim all, pivotal to the rest of time.
Always fleeing after failing to land a deadly blow.
A rebel in any age, sired by rebel, loved by a rebel and named after a rebel.

Any pop-culture rebel vampires we know that fit the bill? The Ankh is relatively popular in vampire fiction, at least the older gothy kind. Second line makes me think it could be a video game reference. Possibly something from Vampire: The Masquerade? I didn't play so it's not my expertise, but the "sired" line makes me think it could be.
