The only thing my brain says is the Lost Boys? I feel like I’ve seen an ankh worn by one of them or maybe queen of the damned?

Rebel, murderer and victim all, pivotal to the rest of time.
Always fleeing after failing to land a deadly blow.
A rebel in any age, sired by rebel, loved by a rebel and named after a rebel.

Any pop-culture rebel vampires we know that fit the bill? The Ankh is relatively popular in vampire fiction, at least the older gothy kind. Second line makes me think it could be a video game reference. Possibly something from Vampire: The Masquerade? I didn't play so it's not my expertise, but the "sired" line makes me think it could be.

Anarch Revolt ?
Tzimisce Antediluvian could be 'rebel, murderer, victim' at the same time - was attacked and 'killed' by Loguj (Anarch), but actually impersonating him?
i don't think he's sired by a rebel though?
AH - but the Anarchs don't use the right symbol..
The ankh is also a symbol meaning 'life' , I believe, but I don't know if we'd wanna assume that's the only reason it's there.
My co-conspirator suggested Rasputin, as the clues seem to fit except for the ankh; upon looking up Rasputin and ankh, I looked through a bit of Assassin's Creed history, as there is an Ankh in that as a suggested Piece of Eden, and Rasputin also is in the series. But I don't think he was in possession of that particular one, so, probably not.

Could try a list of Egyptian rulers I suppose, and if not that then go the video game route again. Or look and see if Ea-Nasir had a lover who was a fellow rebel in the copper industry - that's a joke - but I'll research more ankhs and Egyptian rebellion.
Could it be related to the Brujah clan from VtM? Maybe Trolie?

The Anarch symbol is very, very close to an ankh ... But the Caitiff, many of which are involved with the Anarchs, do straight up use an ankh as one of their symbols.

You've got a point about Tzimisce not exactly being sired by a rebel, but I have a feeling that VtM is the right path.

I went and tried some stuff related to the Brujah and Anarchs, Troile and MacNeil and all that, but didn't find the right thing this time around.

Are there even any notable Caitiff? I couldn't seem to find any in a cursory search.
"Daddy wears a hood" made me think of assassin's creed again :'D but it's not Bayek or Bayek of Siwa, or Medjay, khemu, Aya, or Amunet...

Edit: tried Amun, Ahmose and Sabu, those did not work either
If not assassin's creed, it's likely moon knight I think

Edit: Have tried Marc Spector, Steven Grant, and Khonshu, and Layla El-Faouly with no luck either

Congrats on solving this symbol! The answer was "Patricia of Bollingbroke".

For those of you wondering how this answer could be arrived at, here's a quick explanation. :)
Prescience, designer of this riddle wrote:
Patricia of Bollingbroke, known as Tyler, is a Brujah, commonly seen as rebellious and of a rebellious clan. She assisted in the murder of the Archbishop of Canterbury during the Peasants Revolt under Wat Tyler. Because she was instrumental in the creation of the Sabbat, and the Anarchs in modern nights (ie, till now). A huge part of her story is that she broke into the Convention of Thorns and attempted to assassinate Hardestadt with blackpowder pistols, this failed appallingly and she fled, having failed to assassinate the Elder Ventrue. She ran to the New World. Her sire was Robin hood, she named herself after Wat Tyler.

Hahah, I'd tried Robin Leeland himself on the last round, but got there in the end. :P
