Inspired by TroyLocke's Guess the movie gif game!

Rules are:
1 person posts a gif of a character from a piece of media, and the other people have to guess them, and if that person gets it right, the correct-guesser gets to post their gif of a character, and so on and so on. If time passes with no guesses/correct guesses, please put a hint or two!

Please don't cheat by reverse image searching, you may search gifs of a piece of media you think it might be from but that is it.
And also, no NSFW/Possibly Triggering content!

It has been 24 hours since I posted this gif. Here is clue #1 - That is Madonna in the gif.

Clue #2 - this is a 1985 film where the main character (Madonna) communicates with her boyfriend through personal ads in the newspaper. Some rich lady becomes obsessed with trying to figure out who this female is and ends up getting amnesia and thinks she is Madonna's character.
