Yuke bit his lip, that was right. Over twenty-six men and woman died to day at the hands of those things, and Nylain had helped them. Images of what the dark entity's did to that solider that had fallen before Yuke earlier went through his mind. In hopes of the nausea to die down when he put a hand over his mouth. Entity's, what kind of evil were they? He ducked his head making it apparent that he had nothing to say about this matter.
Embarrassingly so, Yuke jumped when his Uncle pulled him closer. The prince swallowed upon hearing that he was going to see his older brother, hope and uncertainty began to weld up in his heart. What Lathai was saying right now didn't make anything better, to put it blunt he would have to be very careful around his own brother. "..Yes, I understand, Uncle Lathai."He replied dully.
Meanwhile, down stairs the siblings rabbits made it down to the dungeon. She wasn't as willing to go to Prince Nylains cell as her brother was, so she watched him hop off, happy as could be was the best way to describe him. The boy bunny slid through the cell bars with a small wiggle. He looked up, down and around before he sensed Yuke's older twin. Quickly he hopped over to where he sensed him, and smelt him,"..Hi."The bunny said softly, timidly.
The other solider at first didn't believe him, that was until he looked back to an empty cell. His heart began to race, this was bad this was very very bad. "Ohhh, to the creator above what are we going to do!? Prince Lathai will have our heads for sure if the counsel doesn't!"The other guard exclaimed squeakily.

Tucking a knuckle under Yuke’s chin, Lathai gazed into his nephew’s eyes, aware of the fear, of the uncertainty without the aid of the telltale color of those fathomless depths. “We’re going to figure this out, don’t you doubt that. Somehow this whole mess will be straightened out and we’ll have Nylian at our side again,” he vowed, kissing his nephew’s forehead. “In the mean time, don’t let what happened out there overshadow your joy at having Nylian back home.”
He pulled Yuke close and escorted his nephew out of the room and down the hallway, mentally checking off everything he needed to do. First things first, Lathai needed to bathe and change clothes, once he saw Yuke to the dungeon, of course. After that, maybe he’d have better luck with the council, especially if he looked more the part of the prince and less the warrior fresh from the battlefield. Either way, Lathai had no intention of walking out of a second meeting with them without permission to release Nylian from the dungeon. He didn’t give a damn how much his oldest nephew’s allegiance and motives were in question, the dungeon was no place for the young prince. Grim determination guiding his every move, Lathai saw Yuke to the dungeon, leaving the youth to go visit with his long lost brother while he tended more pressing matters…such as Nylian’s fate.
Nylian looked down at the tiny rabbit with narrowed eyes, shaking his head faintly, trying to get the point across for the adorable beast to leave without speaking. When that didn’t work, he sighed in frustration, his golden gaze flickering to the guards, and back down at his unexpected guest. “You have to leave,” he breathed softly, praying the guards did not hear him. If they did, they’d realize he left. Of course, if the rabbit didn’t go away, his ruse would be up, Nylian wondering just where the little creature came from. Yuke… A hint of an amused smile teasing his lips, he looked over to watch the guards closely. “Before they realize I’m still here. Now go…”
“What are we going to do? Die! If we don’t find him, Prince Lathai will have our heads!” the man countered, tempted to bash his partner’s head in himself. Instead, he turned back to search for any sign of how the young prince escaped, hesitating when he realized one of Prince Yuke’s rabbits found its way inside. “Hey, what are you doing in there? You’d best return to the prince before he finds…you…missing…” The guard suddenly realized the rabbit stood on its hind legs, its front paws resting against…thin air. True, grown rabbits could easily pull that off, but a babe as young that would have neither the strength or muscle control. “Do you see that? Do you see how he stands?”

Yuke looked into his uncle pale violet eyes realizing that yet again,he was right. Which was nothing new really, Uncle Lathai just manged to notice things and generally be right. A lot of that, Yuke thinks, that is was because of his uncle good heart. Warrior or not Lathai was a good man. "I know we are, and I won't think of what happened earlier..I really have no doubt that Yume is just using Ny. That she never did brainwash him..I don't know it just seems like he would be to strong for that?"Yuke replied ,although it once again sounded more like a question than a statement. He then gave his beloved uncle a smile, oh only if Lathai knew how happy Yuke was to see him alive. To hear him, to be able to lean against him and talk to him, after that flash of light he really did think he lost someone. The teenager glanced at his uncle as they walked to the dungeon, but said nothing. Even when he got to the dungeon he was quiet. Quiet and thoughtful.
"..why are you hiding?"Asked the baby bunny. He tilted his round head as if to show that it was confused. That there wasn't a lot of things he really understood in this world yet. It was a shock that he and sister even got down to the dungeon with out any help. He then stopped, his nose twitching again when he heard the guards speak to him.
"I know that! Do you think I would be have a heart attack if I didn't?!" Exclaimed the guard. He wasn't exactly the picture of happy and tranquil, more like jumpy and trembling. he too looked around, he didn't see anything that would say how the prince vanished, it was like he disappeared into thin air.He then saw the baby rabbit like his partner did, the man tilted his head."..how in the name of the Abyss? That's really weird."He said glancing at his fellow guard.
Meanwhile,if they could hear Yuke stepping down the stairs. He didn't say anything, he was just simply walking down the stairs to the dungeon, not really caring that the foot fall of feet echoed.

Nylian looked over at the guards, listening to their conversation, resisting the urge to growl. He knew the tiny busy just wanted to meet someone new and meant no harm, but the castle soldiers already picked up on the oddity of the little rabbit’s position. “Because I want to go see my brother and they won’t let me,” he breathed softly, making sure his voice didn’t carry, that the guards had no way of realizing he stood right there…no more than they already had anyway. “Now go away…”
The guard froze, the sound of someone approaching echoing through the dungeon, each footstep like a death toll to him. He snapped toward the right, staring down the hallways for countless seconds before spinning around to his partner. “Take your stance! Someone comes! If they ask…the prisoner was taken for questioning or…or something!” he hissed, quickly taking his position and trying his best to pretend everything was right in the world and they hadn’t the prisoner, the very prince himself.

He blinked, and then he blinked some more before asking,"Why?"He didn't really understand the concept or prisoner, nor dungeon nor anything that really dealt with crimes, justice, punishment etc. In fact he didn't why the prince didn't slip out through the bars they didn't seem that closer crammed together to him.
"B..but isn't Prince Lathai actually talking about the counsel not interrogating him, or anything like that?"He asked the other guard and then stiffened up with a gulp. He was no better when Yuke appeared at the bottom of the stair case. "..O-oh no.."The guard muttered very softly. The closer Prince Yuke got closer the more the guard felt like he was going to pass out, especially when he looked at them and smiled."Afternoon men."He greeted them warmly.

“Go away…please,” Nylian whispered softly, unwilling to shift and cause the bunny to suddenly drop down on all fours, afraid that would only draw more attention to him.
Before he could say anything more, though, he caught what the guards were saying. His brow knitting, Nylian looked over to see just who came, knowing if his Uncle Lathai appeared the man would know with one glance someone stood in that dark corner of the cell. Yuke…Nylian didn’t know if his twin would come to see him, if the council or their uncle would allow Yuke to visit him. Honestly, though, Nylian didn’t want his brother to see him there, held in the dungeon, behind bars like some common criminal too ashamed to even lift his head. Of all the times he imagined their reunion, never once were there cell bars and the stench of refuse tainting that long awaited moment. Nylian reminded himself he didn’t know how Yuke or their uncle would greet him, if they’d feel relief and joy or believe him a traitor like everyone else, like he thought of himself. Glancing over as someone else came into sight, his breath hitched deep in his chest, his heart skittering wildly before slamming to a stop, the blood draining from his face, and unshed tears glistening in his golden eyes. Yuki… She lied to me…she lied…
“Afternoon, my lord,” the guard greeted perhaps a bit too loudly, his smile too big, his nerves visibly shot. Managing a clumsy bow, he retook his stance and attempted, to the best of his ability, to act as if nothing, absolutely nothing was wrong. “Always a pleasure to see you. May the gods be with you always.” Was he rambling? To the prince The heir apparent? Gods help him, he was, and making a bloody fool of himself to boot!

Once again the bunny did not understand why he wanted him gone when so many others enjoyed his company. He also knew this young man as being Yuke's older twin, someone the younger prince often spoke of and vowed that he would not stop looking for him. That no matter what Yuke knew his brother was out there somewhere, alive and that's all that mattered to him."..Why?"The bunny asked yet again.
"Yes, good after noon!" The other guard said quickly, and despite how fat his tongue was his mind telling him what to do wasn't. When the one guard bowed before Yuke the other starred at the prince for a bout a minute before quickly bowing himself. The other guard noticed that his partner was starting to ramble, mentally he was imagining hitting him upside the head for once.
Yuke crossed his arms over his chest, he wasn't frowning, more like smiling. Although he smile was almost mischievous,he knew something was wrong and viewed this as a good time to mess with someone. He had to clear his mind, silence his doubts and calm his nerves some how. "Is something the matter gentlemen, you seem so shaken up about something."Yuke said with a fake concern. He then walked over to the prison bars, wrapping a pale hand around one of them. A sly smirk played on the young princes lips.

Nylian shot the bunny an incredulous look, unable to believe the little rabbit remained despite being asked countless times to go away. At that point, however, he saw no point in bothering, not when he knew very well Yuke would notice far more than the guards had. He simply shook his head and turned back to watch as his twin began toying, yes…toying with the guards. Apparently some things never changed, that realization warming him somehow. A trace of a smile teasing his lips, he held the cloak and watched on, curious as to just how far Yuke intended on taking this. Besides, this gave him time to study his brother, to take in that long awaited sight, noting his younger twin definitely grew up, Yuke taller than he, his brother shedding his childhood cuteness for refined masculine beauty, and gaining the muscle of a true warrior. Their parents would be proud…unless Yume spoke the truth and Yuke surrendered their kingdom to those who murdered their parents and attacked the castle. He just, he couldn’t see that, or maybe he just didn’t want to, his smile fading as he lowered his head.
“No! I-I-I… Is something the matter, my lord? No! Oh no, my lord,” the guard countered, painfully aware he made a fool of himself. He just couldn’t seem to stop rambling like some bumbling idiot. Oh, how he wished he could cut his tongue out right then and there. That would stop those foolish words from spewing past his lips! “Of course not, my lord. All is well.” There he went again! Why couldn’t he just shut up and let the prince go on about his business so they could find the prisoner…the other prince. Wonderful, now his mind rambled on as aimlessly as his tongue! “All is well with you, my lord?” Gods help him! Strike him down where he stood before he made anymore a fool of himself!

The other guard could hear his heart beating in his chest, what was that man doing? Was he trying to give them away? He still couldn't believe that Prince Nylain got away with them right there! How as that even possible. The guard tensed when Prince Yuke looked at his babbling partner. "M-my apologizes Prince Yuke..he ..he suffers from lack of sleep?" The guard said weakly.
Yuke gave the babbling man a kind smile,"My my, you are like a babbling brook. What troubles you so?"He inquired, tiling his head to the side. And as if they weren't having enoguh issues the teeange boy thought of something that really really got on his nerves, for instance ; Yume. Slowly this red eyes became sapphire as he looked at the two guards. "..Ah..we have a problem."Yuke said, stepping back from the prison bars.
The stuttering guard looked at the one that kept babbling, and then prince Yuke. "A-a-a p-problem?What ever do you speak about, young lord?"

The guard swore his heart leapt right out of his chest and landed on the floor at his feet. “Pr-pr-pr-problem, my lord? We have no problem,” he stammered helplessly, just knowing they were seconds from being sentenced to death for losing the prisoner. Had the prince noticed? No, he hadn’t even looked in the cell! Perhaps this was about something else, he prayed this was about something else. Nevertheless, he looked at his partner and shook his head a little too vigorously. “We’ve no problem, do we? No, no, no problems here, My Lord Yuke!”
Nylian watched on with mounting amusement, knowing if he were younger, if he’d never suffered under Yume’s dark touch, he’d laugh uncontrollably at the guards and their foolishness. Glancing down at the bunny still leaning against his leg, he shook his head faintly. “He hasn’t changed, has he? Still causing mischief wherever he goes and enjoying every minute of it,” he murmured just loud enough for the bunny’s sensitive ears to pick up. “Perhaps you should return to him. I doubt he’s pleased to see you down here. A dungeon is no place for a bunny such as you.”

Yuke watched the two shake their heads very quickly, they were so lying. He knew that he could always tell Lathai, perhaps later after he talked to Nylain. The prince sighed, it was really annoying that they just kept lying. Lie after lie, and it only made things so much worse. Once again he sighed,"..y-you lost my brother?" Yuke asked them softly, ducking his head as if he was really afraid or bother by this in general.
The stuttering guard looked at his follow solider, what were they suppose to do? He knew, not only did he know he could be crying and they were just standing there. "M-m-m-my lord!"Was all the one guard could exclaim before conceiving at his voice echoing through the dungeon.
The baby boy bunny blinked once again, he had always known Yuke for being mischievous. To say he knew other wise would make him a liar,"Hmm. I guess so, I really wouldn't know."Said the bunny looking up at Nylain. What he did next was the most typical thing for bunny,he hopped off of Nylain's leg and said as plain as day,"Oh no..you're right. Run away!"The bunny began hopping off as quickly as he could.

The guard blanched, the blood draining from his face to pool in his feet, he swore, his legs so weak from trembling he didn’t know how he still stood. “Oh, no, my lord! I-I-I swear, we never left our post! We never even moved so much as five feet from this spot! We turned around and he was just… He… I… We…” he stammered helplessly, finally sinking to his knees, his head bowed in defeat. “Please, my lord, I beg of you! Do not have us beheaded! We have no idea how he escaped! We haven’t moved! The cell door’s not been opened! He simply vanished!”
His brow furrowing harder, Nylian watched as the bunny darted off, silently cursing himself for not pointing out Yuke wouldn’t approve sooner. Would have saved him a lot of worry and trouble. Sighing softly, lesson learned, he turned back to the amusing scene unfolding before him, realizing just how cruel Yuke could be. Granted, Nylian knew he wasn’t much better being he had as of yet to uncloak himself. Part of that was because the guards dared to lie to his brother, but nor did he want anyone to realize just what he could do. He might need to cloak later and, if everyone knew of his abilities, they’d assume he’d done just that. So he stood there quietly, watching as the one guard begged for his life, the other likely seconds from doing the same, his brother playing them for the fools they were.

Yuke lifted his head, tapping a finger against his chin thoughtfully. He actually seemed to be contemplating this well the other guard looked at the one that suggested such a thing. That guard could plead anything, but it made it so hard when the other solider says something like 'Do not have us beheaded!'. The stammering guard looked at Yuke, and soon he was also on his knees begging pleading.
"Hmm..beheading sounds like a good idea, or maybe torture and then beheading. Of course, there is always there's also something far more worse, what was it called.."Yuke said softly, trying to remember what it was called."..ah yes, castration!"Yuke sounded so proud when he remembered the name of something that would cause so much pain. He then looked at the two with those sapphire eyes slowly narrowing and a dark smrik tugging at his lips.

The guard’s head snapped up, his eyes wide with disbelief. “Ca-ca-castration?” he countered, his voice steadily climbing to an unmanly squeak. Clearing his throat, shaking his head, he looked down, his thoughts racing as he kneeled there trembling like a child before a great beast about to eat him. “Not castration, please, my lord! I beg of you! Anything but that! Anything, but not that! I’ll willingly go to any punishment if you but spare me that shame! I’ll do anything you ask of me!”
"W-what?" The other guard had said in a squeak, and then trembled as much as the other solider. He ducked his head trying to hide his horror and fear to such a thing. He didn't dare speak since he assumed that every word would sound more like a dying bird screaming or a mouse squeaking for the help it will most likely never receive.
Yuke just smiled at the two,"Hmm,anything you say. I don't know, shaming two men that dared to lie to my face for fives minutes by castration. Then again, there is something that can be done to change this. Maybe if you were to get me somethings."Yuke mused darkly.

Shuddering violently, certain he’d not only lose honor but be shamed in ways no man could overcome, the guard hung his head, his shoulders slumped. Every word the prince spoke after that seemed like little more than the hammer pounding the nails into his coffin to the terrified man, his fate sealed. That was until Prince Yuke made that offer, that simple suggestion breathing life into the condemned soldier, his head lifting, his armor clanking loudly as he shot to his feet, desperation burning in his pale gray eyes.
“Anything, my lord!” he asserted, aware on some level he should not rush in so blindly, but this was his manhood they spoke of, his life! “Anything you wish, we will have them to you in the blink of an eye!”

Yuke tilted his head, looking at the guard that had shot to his feet. He then looked at the other guard that had grabbed his hand, and was still bowing before the young prince. Then he chuckled softly, this was working out so beautifully." Oh,then in that case, something to being and a pipping hot baked good."Yuke said to the two.
The other guard also shot up to feet,he sighed when he heard the loud clacking of the solider armor."I-i-is that it sire?"He asked pleading and hopefully that they could really get out of this. Yuke shut his eyes and nodded his head once to say yes.

Without delay, without even a thought, the guard turned and ran, literally ran to do the prince’s bidding. A drink and a baked good? If that was all he had to do to spare himself the humiliation the prince threatened, he would do so to the best of his ability. Skidding around the corner so fast he slammed into the wall with a pained grunt, he darted up the stairs and out of the dungeon so fast one would think the castle was burning down around him. He didn’t care, his salvation a drink and baked good away, the guard so intent on saving his own skin he shoved and pushed his partner out of the way. This was definitely an “every man for himself” situation, and he would be the winning man!
Nylian blinked slowly and watched the guards make fools of themselves scrambling to do what Yuke asked…or bigger fools of themselves. His gaze shifted back to his brother a moment later, realization dawning in the fathomless depths. Yes, Yuke still kept his precious pets around and fell to mischief at the drop of a gold piece, but he had changed, he’d matured, and his playfulness gained a cruel edge. Somehow, that brought a smile to Nylian’s lips, seeing how his twin grew without losing that boyish charm. And his brother was indeed charming, kind, sweet, Nylian well aware the baked good was for him, that his twin wanted nothing more than to see to his comfort and pleasure despite the fact he stood in the dungeon of his own castle. Thank the gods Yume was wrong…or outright lied about Yuke’s death, Nylian really not caring just so long as his beloved twin still lived.

Yuke watched the two run off, they fought like a couple of children. Fighting, he shook his head making it apparent that he didn't see that as being necessary. Funny since he was the one that caused the two soldiers to bolt for the stairs, to fight each other to save their pride. As his eyes became red again he smiled, he did get the guards away so he could speak to his brother on his own. They were also helping him cater to his older brothers desires.
Once again he walked over to the prison cell and wrapping his pale hand around the bars. He knew he was there, just like that bunny knew he was there. With a heavy sigh he rested his head against the bars, sliding his eyes shut for a few moments. So long since they had seen each other, and his older brother was hiding. Yuke lifted his head, then looked around the cell. "..Ny,you can show your self."He told his older brother. "There is no reason to hide any more."Yuke smiled at him, well smiled in general since he really didn't know where Nylain stood.

Nylian didn’t do anything at first, his golden gaze locked on his twin, drinking in a sight he so often feared he’d never be blessed with again. However, he realized his delay might lead Yuke to believe Nylian feared him or worse. That and the cloak began to drain him, Nylian not holding an endless well of power within his veins. Releasing the cloak, he watched the brilliant shards of light revealing his position as he slowly became visible to the naked eye. After that, he stood there, not sure of what to do, what to say, not even sure he could speak. What could he say after 275 years, after everything that happened that night, not knowing what Yuke knew and didn’t know, unsure of what he himself knew and didn’t know. So Nylian stood there, gazing at Yuke, wondering what his brother would think of him, hoping his twin had not given up or condemned him.
