One, with around 5 to 6 players active. It was about a hijacked totalitarian train that was actually a time-space continuum breaking vehicle, the passengers inside trying to break free, a quantum physics device probably made partially from Minecraft Ender material, an incredibly OP Charizard, and mass rebellion across a socialist country. I GMed for about 9 to 10 months, and you can tell I had to pull a lot of stuff out of thin air to keep the peeps interested. I'm overall proud of how it turned out.

...wow.
Wut r rp?

Andryn has a story going with me and a few other friends who aren't on the site that has been going for something like 10 - 12 years. I've had a fair share of rping but I've yet to do any here.

Three of the players were a Serperior, an Enderman and a G4 MLP pegasus, so I rolled with it. I made the fortunate mistake of playing as a PC while GMing, and I was the only human character who wanted a 'realistic' pulp adventure...I think. Then everyone else joined. I sure learned my lesson not to be so rigid in my approach, and I hope to GM the sequel sometime soon.

I have not, But thats because for some odd reason, When Me and someone else rp together, We never can find it in our selves to end it because of all the fun we have, Now I have technically finished one... But more of a "We finished the first arc, lets move onto arc 2"
Finish? Uh .... 1? Maybe a few more than that. I know I've stopped/abandoned at least three. Two for RL reasons and other personal stuffs, others because all parties agreed to stop.

Of the few that did finish, most were One off RPs, which I'm not very good at doing because I often want the story to continue longer. Also one shots seems to require more planning than long term RPs.
I don't think I ever really finished an rp. I don't usually do the forum things, though, and on furcadia it goes on with lots of different people. An rp doesn't really end for me until a character dies. And even then, sometimes there are some things to write on with the rp partners or other things that move on. It has been a constant world. So.. as for ended rps, I have had three characters die and feel like there isn't much left to their story to break in to.
Hm. I think maybe... two? Ish?

One with Jinxy11.
One with Libertine.

There may be more, but I'm not really sure what they'd be haha.
Like most people have said, I've never really "finished" an RP.

I've finished threads/"scenes", even storylines/"arcs" but never a roleplay as a whole.

There is always more to a story than can ever be told, so basically we just let it go until it no longer becomes interesting to write for. I don't think I've ever reached a 'conclusion', but typically things tend to start getting pretty stale when things get too peaceful.

I think for me, the "end" of an RP is when there's no further conflict to address - the rest that follows after are just fluffy, sweet rewards for all the effort you've put into resolving things.

That being said, not all RP's are made to even meet a definitive end. Someone else brought up "Bar" rp's, but I think basically any casual group RP that doesn't have a concrete plot-line is meant to be open-ended.
