Lilith chuckles looking at him nodding "Im not that much of a bi.. I already thought about it" she looks back at Lily smiling softly "If she can play the innocent little girl that was too scared to come out..I think we might be fine.."

she looks straight "you can go mingle with the other guys 'playing'... while I walk around with the ones 'talking' in the park were I could find Lily and take her to protect her.." she turns looking at Lily again "even tho I dont think she needs to be protected" she smiles warmly at her.

The plan was a little rough around the edges not to mention the many moving variables but Edward didn't see anything wrong with it "Okay, we'll go along with your plan on one condition, you take lead" Edward smiles to Lilth. This was the first time he had given anyone lead in a mission seeing how if he didn't do it no one could, Lilith though was different to him he could tell she wouldn't let anything happen to Lily and that's all that mattered.

"So, what's our first move"

Lilith smiled widely, it didn't matter if she got caught she wouldn't let them take Lily or Edward back to the facility. What had her smiling like an idiot is that him, a higher ranking soldier would let her lead, Edward trusted her enough to do that.

She went on to explain to him the plan: The needed to ditch the car …again..walk towards town unnoticed as Lily stood back waiting for their signal to come out crying…which comes difficult for people like them but she was still young ..Lilith would spot her make the other foot soldiers believe its better if they escorted out of town with the rest of the people if not the parents would be worried and make a mess out of their operation.. then she would go to Edwards little group and ask for a partner to not attract attention to themselves ..

When they hid the care she got out walking towards Lily hugging her as she kissed the top of her head whispering "I promise you'll be fine no matter what okay?" she said before looking at her smiling.

Lily hugs Lilith while looking at Edward "Be careful, I'll be here waiting" Lily says with a smile, she didn't show it but Lily was slightly scared. "If this plan works we'll be back soon enough just make sure you look like you scared when you see us" Edward pats Lily on the head before taking Lilith hand, pulling her away from knowing it was the only way she would leave Lily.

"Alright, this is your baby so lets see how this goes" Edward sees the foot soldiers making their rounds, all this rests on them believing that they were high ranking officers which was true but they were still fugitives.

Lilith was still focus on Edwards hand holding hers. Shaking her head she looked around to see the soldiers when she froze as she snifded around again losing the scent, her ears picking upthe cars leaving.

she looled at Edward " we need to just ask them to look arounf cuz we been looking for a girl.. we need to do this fast Edward or they're gonna find us.. they have Go with them.."

Edward waited for Go to walk away with his troops before he took a breath and walked out into the open with Lilith beside him, all they had to do was be themselves for a little while and all this would work out fine. As two of the soldiers pass Edward screams at them "Soldiers! What do you think your doing, Why aren't you with your squad?" Edward walks around the soldiers inspecting them.

One soldier stood there with a confuse look on his face before he answered "Sir, apologizes but, who are you?" he says staggering. "Who am I?" Edward says and inch away from the soldiers face "I and captain Edward Gratte and beside me is Captain Lilith Herdon, if you were a true soldier you would now that" Edward says smiling as he look to Lilith then removing it when facing the soldiers.

Lilith was close to losing it when Edward smiled at her. "We receive order .. a couple is missing a girl..if we don't find her we might have unwanted civilians snooping around" She said looking at the soldier after Edward was screaming at them.
"When you find her and for your own good you better find her You bring it to us and none else." She looked at Edward then back at the soldiers "Understood?" They all nodded and went on looking for her. After they were out of sight "call her" she asked Edward.

Edward was surprised how good Lilith was with keeping up the ruse it almost felt real for a second. Once she asked Edward to call for Lily he looks over to the bushes nodding his head, a few seconds later Lily comes out dirt on her face and fake tears running down her cheek perfect for the plan.

"Hey morons, what's that?" Edward says looking to the soldiers that had just left their side as they hurry over to Lily, staying calm Lily let them take a look at her before they brought her over to Edward and Lilith, " This is the girl sir, she keeps crying for her parents" the soldier says eyes at attention.

Please help....I don't know where my mommy is....or my dad cause he so stupid" Lily says with a slight smirk hiding it from the soldiers, Edward held it together knowing he knew Lily was talking about him.

Lilith bit her tongue to hold her laughter, takin a deep breath she rubbed her forehead trying tk look annoyed "incredible..." she said softly before turning to the soldiers as she said firmly yelling at them "what are you still doing here go prepare a vehicle for us we need to take her to her stupid father before he does anything more stupid.." her voice practically change nothing to see with her soft normal voice " move it morons"

She follow after them grabbing Lily by the shoulder.

Edward follows next to Lily holding his smile back as not to screw up the ruse, he'd deal with them both later for the stupid crack. As them came upon a armored vehicle it had all they need and more in case things went bad well enough to get them half way to Chicago before they ditched it to grab something a little less noticeable.

"We'll escort this girl back to her parents they can't be to far ahead, with all the commotion I wouldn't be surprised they were on their way back" Edward says, opening the armored door he puts Lily in the back before heading to the drivers side "Captain, please help me escort the young girl she seem to have taken a liking to you"

Lilith heard him but she turned to look at the soldiers "Search everywhere again we don't want any more surprises now do we?" she said in her demanding voice as she nodded to Edward "Just to make sure she won't tell others whats going on.." she got on the passenger seat.

The rest of the soldier got all their 'orders' and the three of them saw as everyone started checking every single place again. The look of it made Lilith smile softly.

Edward starts the car and drives off through the town heading for the road that takes them out. "Stupid father really Lily you really had to go that far with all that....You helping her was need also?" Edward says smiling to Lilith, he heard as Lily laughed behind him it was the first he had heard her laugh that way.

"Anyway, that was a really good plan Lilith I didn't think we would make it out but it was a surprise, good job soldier" he continues to smile towards her.

Lilith was trying not to laugh but when she heard Lily laugh she couldnt help it.

She caught Edwards eyes on her making her smile at him, when he was still looking and smiling at her she couldnt help but blush at his comment nodding softly "thank you..im glad we have such a good actor on our side tho.." she reached to touch him but she pulled back "im just glad it work and we avoided Go.."

"Yea I didn't know you were such a good actor Lily, looks like you have some more talent for other things then just killing" Edward says glancing back at Lily. Pretending not to see Edward saw how Lilith pulled her hand away when trying to touch him he'd wish she hadn't but regardless Edward knew how she felt.

Driving Edward couldn't believe how easy it was to get pass them Go wasn't around and Draco was probably still out there looking for them it all worked out better then he'd thought. "Now its just a straight shot to the city, once we get there they won't coming looking not if they want to draw to much attention to themselves"

Lilith nodded lightly "the city..full of people..sounds...amazing."

After a couple of hours driving Lilith looked back just to see Lily's eyes drifting into sleep making her yawn. She brought her leg closer to her chest resting her head on her knee as she hugged her leg "what are you guys going to do after we get to the city..?" She asked with a voice so soft it sounded almost as a whisper, she never took her eyes off the road.

Edward glances back to Lily after Lilith asked her question "I have to find a place for Lily to stay running around dodging bullets and the facilitates higher ups is no place for a kid especially not one like Lily" he says sighing. Edward knew how difficult it would be to get Lily to stay somewhere else away from him, but it was for her own good and if he had to force her he will.

"What about you? What are you going to do? And don't lie I heard how timid your voice got when I mentioned the city"

Lilith's eyes looked at him, smiling softly "well good luck with that Sir.. shes grown too attatched to you and it will be hard..she knows and wants to make her abilities like they don't exist..but leaving you its the hardest thing for her.."

Liliths eyes went back to the road as he askes her. She couldnt help but shrug "well I dont ..know..I mean im gonna have to see I need to see, a job, a place to live, guarding my back everyday..we'll ..I mean ..I'll see how all this goes"

"I know how hardest its going to be.... Theirs isn't a thing I wont do for this kid but if she wants a normal life she has to stay away from us..." Edward looks to the mirror, he watches as Lily sleeps almost as if she was a normal little girl. Imagining how he would split from Lily seeing that no scenario worked with her ever wanting to see him again made Edward regret bring her, emotion is what kills you that's the very first thing you are taught in the facility and even though he hates to admit it, its true.

"So your going to try to have that normal life to huh? You don't sound to sure on the matter, what's up? What do you really want?" Edward keeps his eyes on the road but his ears open to Lilith.

"I cannot ask more of you guy you guys been on the run longer than you have and to be honest I reallydid thougt you'll kil me by now.." Lilith chuckled softly before she kept going as her voice turn into almost a whisper "I don't want to split up..I'm scared.." lilith went quiet for a long time before speaking again "I'm scared, I been hidding something from you guys..and I know when I tell you the truth youre gonna leave me behind and I'm not gonna fight it...I was telling you the truth when I said I came to warn you guys but theres more." She said looking down as she pulled on her nails nervously.

Edward turns to Lilith angry about what she would said but more worried on how it would effect him and Lily. "Let me get this straight..." Edward whispers "You tell me you don't want to split up before you say that you've been keeping something from us this entire time.... You can hear how that sounds right?". Driving Edward sees the mile stone for Chicago stopping the car on the side of the road. "I asked you to be upfront with me when we meet that was the only thing and you couldn't do that.... So... What have you been hiding this whole time?" Edward stares at Lilith not wavering making sure he heard everything she had to say.
