Lilith flinch at Edwards words as she hold her hands on her lap biting her bottom lip she looked down again "It wasnt all a lie Edward, I wanted out of that hell hole just as much as you...my grouo was assigned to track you down and bring you back..we acted like we couldnt find your scent after the mall, we all got taken back to the facility I lost most of my team, I'm sure by now everyone's gone..." she couldnt help but let the tears run down her face making her let a soft growl out "they.. we never gave you guys up..they night they were gonna take me to try the new drugs on myself the handful of people left from my group at that time help me escape..the people I told you about that was being experimented on was my whole team.."

Liliths features started to show perfectly on her, her teeth started to break the skin from her lip "I was assigned to kill you myself if I ever found you guys."

Edwared sits in his seat staring out as the cars pass by them he couldn't make heads or tails of what to do now, so getting out the car he chuckles as he opens the back door to pick the sleeping Lily up carrying her with her legs almost around his waist. Just before he begins to walk he looks at Lilith still sitting in the passenger seat.

"You lied right to my face when I told you to tell me everything.... I get that you were cornered and you were just following orders but I don't understand why you felt the need to lie to us..." walking with Lily in his arms, Edward walks pass the Chicago mile sign not looking back at Lilith.

Lilith got out of the car slamming the door behind her "WAIT..Edward please" she followed behind him with traces of tears on her face " tell me youd have let me live if I've told you that the day I met you guys..or stick around after..or even mend my wounds. Lilith was getting anxious to he fact that Edward kept ignoring her walking in front of her. Lilith let out a growl running towards him, grabbing him by the shoulders asshe used her own weight to throw him making Lily wake up wih the movement.

Lilith got on her feet right after looking at him, she was still crying but her voice was firm "get mad if you want hate me for all I care but you're beig hunted still..leave me here.. but het back on that car and go into hiding ... you dont understand I sworn I would protect you for as long as the circumstances let me and you dont want me here.. so Im leaving" she said holding back her tears the best that she could while looking at Lily givig her a small smile that felt more apologetic than anything else before. She started walking back to the car getting her gun out before she started running the way they came back as fast as she could as she heard a gun cocking in the distance making her stop dead in her tracks.

Edward looks down at Lily with her face showing sorrow watching Lilith walk away from them, she slow starts to follow Lilith staring back at Edward and her while she walk like she was trying to make a decision. Grabbing Lily by the arm Edward stares at her in confusion "Your not going with her Lily shew lied to us, from day one she lied and after all that you still want to go with her.... Really?" Edward says, it wasn't that he cared all that much but why chose Lilith over him.

".... I don't know... I want us to stay together... who cares if she lied..." Lily says crying into her arm, their was nothing more then Lily hates them making choices even if she didn't know what she wanted. Cole chuckles as he lets go of Lilys arm "You know what go please because I'm done with all this, I'm done playing house or whatever the hell this is go with her so I can get back on track I'm tired of taking care of a snot nosed little ki-" Edward stops when he hears a gun cocked in distance, staring around he sees nothing until he hears the gun fire immediately pushing him back to the ground.

Hitting the ground Edward feels his left arm throbbing as he tries to get himself under control, even if he could se the shooter he knew right away who made that shoot, the only person that could who aim for not just his left arm but right above his heart, Aimes.

Lilith could smell Edwards blood in the air she ran back as fast as she could "EDWARD..." She yell as she felt all her anger making her blood pump faster than she ever felt before. Lilith started to look around looking for the shooter while grabbing Lily and shielding her with her body. After she looked around she caught his scent growling " There you are.."

Lilith looked at them taking a deep breath "I'm sorry.." She started running towards the shooter aiming her gun at him. Chuckling she started to taunt him to make him come out from behind the trees he was hiding.

Edward breaths deeply getting trying to calm himself down after being shot, one of the best things they taught at the facility was how to take a bullet and even though it wasn't a regular bullet it was a bullet nonetheless. Feeling himself about go into shock he uses it to get up holding his wound down as he watches Lilith go running into the woods leaving Lily behind, "Up...lets go in the car..." he says grabbing Lily with his shot arm.

"....What about Lilith?" she jumping in the car " She won't survive against Aimes I heard stories about him...." Lily couldn't stop panting as she stares into the woods looking for Lilith. Edward sat in the drivers seat holding his arm thinking about what he should do, taking a deep breath he drives on the edge of the forest stopping where he saw Lilith run in honking the horn as loud as he could.

Aimes takes shot after shot shooting the tress inches away from Lilith playing with her like she was a rat in a maze.

As soon as Lilith saw Aimes peek from behind a tree she took her shot getting himin the arm. When she heard the honk she turned to look only to hear a gun shot again followed by a horrible pain on her right side. Lilith reached to her side looking at the blood on her side, she looked back towards Edward giving him and Lily a small smile before turning towards Aimes.

Walking towards Aimes she grabbed her gun with her left hand "Its funny how in the facility the thing that force into your head is that we are to take care of ourselves amd just that..but I can assure you you wont leave this place alive..I will protect them ..you wont reach them.."

Edward sighs as Lilith takes off running after smiling towards them "She isn't coming we're leaving we don't have time for this" Edward says, as he starts the car Lily jumps out car running towards the direction Lilith took off in. "Lily!!!...." Edward screams, holding his arm he takes a few deep breaths before getting out the car running after Lily, he kept his eyes on her making sure he didn't lose sight as the blurriness started to set in.

Aimes smiles as Lilith held the gun at him "Do you really think you can protect them, they're dead just like you are but the only difference is their death is going to be a lot more painful" Aimes pushes the gun out of Liliths hands as fast he he pulled a gun he from his back aimming at her head.

Lilith's senses where on high alert as the gun pointed at her head. At the distance she heard Edward and smelled Lily close to her. As Liliths arms hanged to her sides she looked at Aimes "why does everyone keep thinking that I'm afraid of guns pointing at my head" she said as her vision got blurry then back to normal.

"Lilith.." she heard Lily yell as she got closer, makig Aimes turn towards Lily. Lilith was following his very move with her eyes and when she saw his eyes away from her she reached back for her knife launching towards him cutting his face from his jaw up to his nose. Aimes dropped to the floor in pain.

Hearing Lily scream in the distance Edward picked up the pace feeling his animal side coming to the surface only to have it get pushed back down by his wound. Seeing Lily in sight Edward comes up behind her before hearing another scream this time of someone in pain, looking up he sees Aimes falling onto the ground holding his face in pain, the blood squeezing its way through his fingers as he continue to scream.

"Lilith listen to me I know you want to kill him right now but we don't have time the faclitiy will be here any second, let Aimes live and that will slow them down they'll have to take care of him" Edward says grabbing Lilys hand "I'm begging you lets run, NOW!" Edward screams to Lilith, he knows Lily won't leave with out her and of that was the case he'd go with plan b even though he really doesn't want too.

Lilith pressed the heel of her boot on his forearm taking the gun from him before she ran as fast as her wound would allow her. Looking at Lily she grabbed her by the hand pulling her as well "Thank you Lily.." she said looking foward spoting the car.

Lilith was afraid she would pass out any second before she reached the car, she let her animal side rest making easier on her wound.

Lily couldnt look at Edward so she bit her togue to gain some courage as they reached the car "Let me drive...let Lily fix you up.." she said running towards the driver seat.

Rolling his eyes as he falls into the backseat Edward could feel himself losing consciousness the more he fought it the harder it was to stay awake. Lily lifted his head into her lap screaming in his face "EDDY STAY AWAKE, STAY AWAKE" she screams before she slow moves closer to his ear "Please don't die, please", Lily cries holding onto his head, the last thing she wants is to see him die and if he did their was nothing keeping her out her.

Edward could feel the car roar under as he lays their "Lilith.... we have to find....find someplace to lay low" he says breathing hard "We wont last like...this.... drive straight into the city..." Edward knew having this military car would draw attention but at this point it didn't matter.

She was stepping on the gas hearing Lily in the back makig her eyes tear up as she clenched to the wheel. As Edward spoke she just nodded. For a second there she forgot they were in a military car, hitting the dashboard cursing under her breath she turned back to Lily "Under the seat Liky look under the seat.. the med kit.. I forgot about it..dont let him sleep.."

Lilith really didnt knlw how long they been driving when she saw the city. "Edward just hold on please.." she said lookin at a sign of a motel.

She pulled up to the motel and turned pulling the jacket she left on the other seat over her shoulders covering her wound and blood "stay here.." she said walking out of the car and into the clerk's office, after a couple of minutes she came back drove to the very far end of the motel parked the car and helped Lily get Edward out of the car and into the room. "I paid for the room already.. I need to get rid of the car and get some stuff to help Edward.. keep him awake .. I won't be long okay" she said leaning down to kiss Lily's forehead making it hard for her to stand straight after it clenching her side.

Getting out the car Edward could feel Lily trying to hold him up as he stumbles to the motel room once inside Edward falls to the floor dragging Lily with him. "No, no, no, come on Edward you gotta get up please get up" Lily says, Edward could hear her but his body wouldn't move the blood lost was getting to him and he didn't know long he was going to last. Lily drops the first-aid kit and pulls Edward deeper into the room propping him up against the bed, grabing the kit Lily opens it panicking once she saw all the different tools.

"....Lily...calm down...remember what was taught.." Edward says, watching her calm down from his words the first thing Lily grabs his an adrenaline shot, shoving it deep into Edwards heart he jumps feeling it run through him lightning. "Alright....The bullet went through give me the alcohol with the thread and needle.." Edward says, breathing like a manic he takes the things from Lily after she jumps on him hugging him tightly as she cried.

"Lily I appreciate the love but I need to fix myself before I bleed out here" Edward says rubbing the back of her head.

Lilith went to ditch the car in a parking lot only finding the one near a hospital she drove inside and stepped down after parking it in the floor before the very top. She found a car that wouldnt raise any suspicion on them and hot wiring it she hopped in the driver seat holdin the wheel she started to cry. After a couple of minutes of her punching the wheel and dashboard she calmed down driving towards the hospital as her vision started to blur again. She took a deep breath stepping down she found a doctor in the back of the hospital pointing her gun a him she made him stick her up, and pack the essentials for her in a bag before she returned to the motel.

She parked the car infront of the room, grabbing the guns and the bag that the doctor so willingly gave her. Lilith walked towards the room's door standing in front of it with her hand infront of her, thinking whether to knock or not, she left the bags on the floor in front of the door knocking lightly.

Hearing the door Edward jumps as he cuts the thread to his stitch he stands himself up limping to the curtains pulling the back to see Lilith as the door. "Get the door..." Edward sighs, he wasn't happy to see her but he wasn't sad either just knowing she was okay is good enough. Running to the door Lily opens smiling once she made eye contact with Lilith "I knew you'd come back" she says, running into Liliths stomach Lily hugs her hard like it was the last one she would ever get.

Lilith groaned at Lilys hug, as she felt her legs give up in pain "I told you I was coming back didn't I? Now just be careful Lily ...Im not healing..and I need as much strength as possible" she said with a smile as her hands shake reaching for the bags on the floor. Walking inside she put them near the bed "you should rest Lily.."

Lilith watch as Liky jumped in bed falling asleep in minutes, since she got in the room she didn't spoke to Edwar or even lookedgat him. She just wanted Lily to fall asleep so she could leave. Getting up and walking towards the door "It will be hard for her after you leave her but she'll understand just..take care of her in the mean time..and of yourself okay..." she grabbed the cars from the couple they stole the cloths from and put them on the bed.

Edward looks over to Lily as she falls asleep almost instantly from the day they had, it was well deserved after she pulled through all those obstacles. Sitting down holding his arm Edward watches as Lilith prepares to leave "You mind if we talk outside before you go..." he says standing up, he didn't want Lily hearing anything just in case she was still awake.

Walking out in front of the motel Edward saw how the darkness gave them perfect cover, "So your just going to leave like that? After you almost get us killed in the woods after taking off after Aimes, what the hell were you thinking?" he says with anger.

"Wait what?.. I got you on that situation, wasnt you the one that wanted to leave the car and venture with a girl on the road while we were being chased?...Dont blame me Edward I already have enough deaths on me...amd I went after Aimes to protect Lily...to protect you" she almost screamed at him as tears started to fill her eyes.

She rubbed her eyes "Besides you wanted me gone back then..nothing has change.. I'm the one that lied.. just let me go were in the city already..you guys are safe.. this place its paid for two days...just take care of her.." she said as she pulled the jacket on her tighter before she started walking.

Edward watches Lilith walk away grinding his teeth in anger, he looks at there hotel door just before he walks away from it towards her. "Lilith!....Lilith Stop!" Edward grabs her by the arm getting in her path "Listen....You can't leave now not after what you did for Lily if you leave she'll never forgive me and I know her she'll just take off looking for you" Edward rubs his head annoyed at himself.

"No matter how I feel about you Lily loves you more then life its self and.... and after seeing what you did for her I know where your intentions lie" Edward sighs, he didn't want to admit it but Lilith was very important to her but emotions wasn't one of his strong suites. "Don't leave, I know we aren't on good terms and you'd never want to see me again just stay for Lily" Edward grabs her hand hopping it would help.
