Lilith was biting her tongue trying to keep her tears back and blink them away but she was failing. When Edward grabbed her hand she looked down at it, she gently squeezed his hand as she spoke her eyes were still glued to their hands "you think I don't want to see you again?.." she asked before shaking her head softly "You were the one that wanted to leave...me..Edward not the other way around.." she said just before it started to pour down making her look up letting the drops hide her tears "lets go inside..."

"At least the rain will make them lose our scent, so we can hide here for a while..."

Edward felt the rain fall on him hard like it hadn't rain in weeks he follows Lilith into the room listening to the rain falling outside. Sitting on the bed next to Lily Jordan couldn't make eye contact with Lilith but if he wanted this to work then this had to be fixed, "What else was I suppose to do..." he whispers "You tell me you've been lying to us from day one....I honestly didn't want to be near you not because I was mad at you but because....I was starting to like you" Edward chuckles.

This was the first time he'd spoken like this and a part of him wanted to stop but the other part couldn't.

"Was.." she whisper more to herself than anything else. She nodded as she kept her eyes on the floor as she slowly sat next to Lily "I told you I was sorry.. you would have left me back there in the woods to die if I had" she said looking at Lily before she got up and walked up to the mirror rubbing her eyes before she put her hair down and braided to the side "Your first priority was to protect Lily and to you I was a treat Eddy.. I'm really sorry that I had to hide that from you but I really told you everything else just not that I was assigned to find you and kill you..I would have never done it even if I was on the other side.." Lilith stayed in front of the mirror for some time "Since we got the orders I was determined to find you and protected you for as long as I could.."

Her mind started to wander as she spoke and it looked like she was just speaking to herself from the absence in her eyes "I really…I like you Eddy..and to be honest I want to just leave… I thought I could tell you and I knew you were gonna be mad but I never thought you would put yourself in danger just to get away from me.." The life in her eyes came back and now they showed pain as she smiled softly as she scratched the back of her head nervously "It looks like the weathers in our favor.." She said turning to look to the window.

Edward lays down next to Lily staring at the ceiling. Everything that could do wrong did but they made it, they were in the city and if the facility continued to search for them then it would be like looking for needle in a hey stack. "So what? We're going to just forget about everything and just go on with the plan, whatever that is now" Edward sighs, he could careless if they kept fighting honestly he just wanted to see where everything was going with both Lily and Lilith.

Lilith just shrugged as she sat down in one of the two chairs in the room "I don't know Eddy... We should make new plans ..but it's up to you.." She said as she rested her chin in her hand leaning against the table as she looked outside the window, it helped that the windows were polarized. She was enjoying the storm when she started to remember her teammates and everything that had happen since Edward escaped the facilities. She rubbed her eyes after wiping the tears away with her sleeve as she cried softly in silence.

[srry I'm late, had to think of something]

"That's just it.." Edward says sitting up "I didn't make a plan for three people espcalliy not for a kid" he sighs looking to Lily, all of this had been a disaster form day one nothing went right not even the escape. "For now its just us wing it we'll figure everything out come mourn-" Edward pause after hearing Lilith cry, getting out the bed he walks over sitting in the chair closes to her "Hey I thought we end this, theirs nothing to fight or cry about anymore" he pushes Liliths hair out her face, her crying wasn't something he wanted to see ever so Edward would do anything to stop it.

Lily's eyes turned to him just to turn sadder, she ran her fingers lightly over his hand "I'm sorry Edward.. I really am..I've lost a lot of people already I don't want to lose you two...specially.." She hid her face as she rubbed her eyes again. Pulling the sleeves so they would cover her hands completely "Im sorry I know I shouldn't cry...but..but.." She just couldnt make any other words after that.

"Your not losing us you know how much Lily loves you, I mean she ran head first into bullets just to get you back so you know she isn't going anywhere..." Edward sighs continuing to stare at Lilith " And I....can't rasie this kid on my own, shes good know but imagine when she older, god I'm gotta hater" he chuckles.

Edward wanted to say something else to Lilith on why she should stay but for some reason it didn't feel right....not now anyway

Lilith couldn't help but laughed softly while she shook her head "she won't be that bad..and it's not like you're gonna have to protect her..not when she's older anyways.." She said looking at him "you should sleep Edward..I'll keep watch" she sat straight on her seat bringing her legs closer hugging them to her.

The night went on and cars just kept passing by no one stopping, she kept a close watch around them. All her features had change and she was really alert of their surroundings.

Edward sleep better then he'd slept in a long time since he'd finally got to his destination there was nothing left to do but relax as much as he could and enjoy himself. Waking up the next mourning Edward opens his eyes to find Lily playing with his face as he slept, "Lily... What the hell?" he yawns, feeling his arm aching he stars out the window before sitting up checking his bandages.

"You know you snore when you sleep, loud" Lily says smiling, it was like last night never happened to her which was good since Edward would rather her not deal with all of this.

Lilith was laying her head on top of the table as she was looking outside, her face was still showing al her features. Her long sharp nails were tracing little circles on the table leaving the marks on it. She wasnt even looking at them when she started speaking "Lily, sweetie let Eddy sleep .. let's go get something to eat and get back..." She said getting up. She got up running her fingers thru her hair as she let it loose, her red eyes glowing with the light in the room. She looked at Edward smiling softly before she grabbed the bag full of medical supplies. "Let me change them..." She said as she got in front of him. She started to check the bandages changing all of them.

Edward could feel the awkwardness that grew over night as Lilith changed his bandages, after their talk he could barley look her in the eyes even thought she was inches away from his face. "You didn't need to stay awake all night we could have done shifts" he says, looking down as his wound he could tell that the bullets Aimes used were just like the ones the hit squad had.

"Looks like this is going to heal just like yours did which means we have to be extra cautious, we may have made it to the city but that doesn't mean they wont still be coming after us" Edward says, aching every now and then from Lilith cleaning the wound it felt as bad as it looked.

"You needed to rest... and I was not gonna wake you up" She said with a smile. As he made that point he let Lilith know that he was in pain so she nodded softly "Dont worry I can always pay a visit to that cute doctor that help me with mine so that we can get something for the pain" She said with no expression on her face. As she finish up changing the bandages she got up and put her hair up in a messy bun just before sliding in her boots "Now Lily... Lets go get something to eat before Edwards tries to come with us" She said chuckling softly at her.

Lilith walked over to the door putting on her jacket just before turning to look at Edward "Want anything special?"

Edward sat there touching his wound after Lilith patched it up "Food, I just want some food I haven't eaten in I think a week and if I don't get something this wound won't be what kills me" chuckling "Be careful also you guys, just because we're here doesn't mean we're safe" he says. Nothing about this was safe, since they were in the city now the facility would be a little more cautious about hunting them but they were still being hunted, that something Edward's never going to forget.

Lilith nodded "just wait a bit more and dont starve to death okay..." )Lily was waiting for her in the car already. They took off right after she got on the car.

Thy got back after an hour and a half, the door from the car opened and Lilith amd Lily came down laughing "stop Lily...but I cant help it it smells great.." was all they said before getting inside the room her hands were full of bags as Lilys were full wih bags of food "sorry Edward we got a bit side tracked ..but we got some amazing burgers and theyre huge and god the fries smell delicious " lilith said just before Lily put them down in the table "we got the largest size they had with is pretty huge eddy and we got double for you"

"Yea ya did" Edward says, pulling himself off the bed he sits at the small table opening the bag Lilith puts down. "Aw now this is just one hell of a burger, haven't had one of these in a while" Edward bits into his burger tasting every bit of it so he could remember just in case this is his last one for a long time. Lily eats her food like it was her first meal though this was her first bite to eat in a couple days also.

"So once next on the agenda?" Edward says leaning back in the chair "I think getting out this motel fr a little while maybe seeing what this city is like"

Lilith was eating the same way they were as they sat down to eat. "So I founf out why the people in the motel havent reported any missing cards..when I grabbed her wallet there were many of them ..like alot so I looked thre them all during the night and unless she has many identities ..so I took money out of alot of them so were good for a while" she says as she eat fries while looking down. Liky looked at Edward smiling and nodding"Eddy its a lot of money.." she said before eating again.

They both turned to him with wide eyes nodding "Are you serious, like actually doing something fun..like the movies..or .." their eyes got even bigger as if it was even possible as they both spoke in unison "the carnival.."

Edward looks at Lily then a Lily as their eyes opened wide when mentioning the carnival, he had never been to one only seen a couple on television from what he saw it was a place where a lot of friends and family go to spend time together while enjoying interactive activities. It seem like the best place to study people in an environment that let the guards down while giving Lily sometime to be a kid.

"Alright fine, we'll go to the carnival but-" Edward gets cut off by Lilys screaming "But theirs some rules .... You have to stay where we can see you and don't go off running on your own" he says smiling, watching Lily jump up and down on the bed happier then he'd ever seen her.

"That goes for you too.." Edward says to Lilith smiling.

Lilith was looking at Lily jump on the bed, she laugh softly to herself, turning to Edward she started To smile as a soft blush tinted her cheeks " Yea.." thats all she said to him before she put the rest of the bags on top of the bed.

"Now we had to guess your size..but im sure youll like alot of the clothes we got you...at least more sense of fashion.." she said chuckling as she pass Lily her bags, taking everything out of the other ones for Edward "Shower Lily so I can do your hair sweetie...then its you..." she said turning to Edward with a smile.

Pulling the clothes out the bag one at a time Edward stares at them with a questionable expersion on his face, they weren't bad in facet the exact opposite he loved them the only reason Edward was so skeptical was because he'd only known Lilith three days or so yet she knew enough to get him clothes. "Make sure you wash everything, we've been running for days and you smell almost as bad as I do" Edward says watching Lily run into the bathroom.

Once he heard the tub running Edward saw this as a moment to speak with Lilith in private, "So I guess your staying? What changed your mind?" he says continuing to take this clothes out the bag.
