Lilith was looking at him back and forth from the clothes to Lily and back to him, when he made that coment to Lily she chuckled "gross.." she said laughing. Bit the smile on her face was gone when Edward asked "you need my help with her ..and I need yours.." she shrugged taking her clothes out of another bag before habing Lilys clothes ready.

"Did you like your clothes?.." she asked changing subjects as she started to take her boots off.

"Yeah they aren't bad, looks like you know what my style is exactly" Edward says holding up a shirt, this was the first thing he'd gotten that didn't have some hidden agenda behind it, usually anything he received from the facility equal payed for either through effort or blood.

The carnival sounded like a good idea giving the a good time they greatly need it but was it sage enough. "Hey I know you want to to to the car novel but so you think it's a good idea? With the situation we're in" Edward sighs.

She looked at him smiling and nodding "Im glad you like them Lily helped me picked some of them so she kinda help a lot on that area" she said as she started to let her hair down "And if you feel them really tight then well on that I'm sorry but it was all Lily according to her you like to show your muscles" Lilith started to blush and chuckled.

"Its gonna be the both of us protecting her I won't let my guard down just because were surrounded by civilians " She said smiling at him "Don't worry so much.."

"Its my job to worry about you, both of you and if I didn't we would be long dead by know" Edward smiles, he didn't know how Lilith could be so laid back but she was right they both of them could protect Lily while protecting each other. Going through the clothes one at a time Edward pauses when he hears Lily scream through the bathroom door " Lilith I need you...I have soap in my eyes.." she screams.

"I guess that's your q because you could get me to go in their with a load gun, which we have" Edward chuckles.

Lilith started to laugh as she called out to Lily "Coming.." she said getting inside the bathroom. Their giggles could be hear from the outside after some time Lilith came out to grabb Lilys clothes bringing them to her. Coming back out right after she sat on the bed laying back closing her eyes for a moment "sometimes I forget.." she said yawning "that she still a little kid" Lilith started to drift into a light sleep while waiting for Lily.

Walking into the bathroom after Lilith came out Edward sees Lily standing on a stoll in front of the mirror as she played with what hair. "Eddy my hair is all funny I hate that they cutted it" Lily says staring at Edward through the mirror, standing behind Lily Edward smiles looking at her in a dress that he knows Lilith picked out just for her. "Well some of your hair grew back go see what Lilith can do with it while I take a shower and then we'll head out" Edward says, once he finished speaking Lily ran out the bathroom jumping on the bed that Lilith dozed off in.

Once Edward got into the shower he washed himself head to toe making sure he smelled a lot better then he has the last week or so. Getting out the shower he throws on the clothes Lilith picked out for him before heading into the main room.

Lilith was sleeping when Lily jumped into the bed, making her scream as she turned to look at her "Great the facility's not gonna kill me you are.." She said grabbing her hand as she sat up in bed "Come on I can braid your hair even if its short sweetie" She said tapping the bed between her legs as she started to braid it. They both look at Edward when he came out of the bathroom wearing the new clothes. Lily went up to him smiling "You look so handsome Eddy… Look at what Lilith did to my hair, does it look good?" She asked as Lilith grabbed her thing and made her way into the bathroom to take a shower next.

She took some time to get all the dried blood of her body than took a moment to enjoy the hot water. The last shower she took was at the facility right before escaping and the water was freezing. She came out wearing tight dark blue jeans with a teal top that hanged from her shoulder. She put on her high boots as her hair was down and a bit curly as it was still a bit wet.

"Thank you solider and you almost look like a normal little girl, you know if it weren't for the special skills you have that can kill a person in an instant" Edward says to Lily as she smiles next to him. When Lilith comes out the bathroom Edward couldn't do anything but stare at her like he was a kid in a candy store, with all the running around he never realized how beautiful she was only now did he see the girl and not the killer.

"Umm... You look nice, I mean wow" Edward says standing up "I guess we should get going..." Edward opens the door watching as Lily ran out it towards the car Lilith stole. "I want to sit in the front" Lily says standing in front of the passenger side door.

Lilith blushed as Edward complemented her. She watch Lily run out of the room jumping into the front seat. Lilith turned to look at Edward "Hope you don't mind..I mean you're driving" She said walking to wards the back seat she sat on the middle as she was talking to Lily. As soon as Edward got on the car she turned to him "Tell Lily we can play games and win prices on a carnival" She said biting her lip "and its a bit easier for us since you know were not exactly totally human" She said chuckling sitting back in place.

As they drove she turned to look at Edward, leaning forward she tugged at his hair lightly sitting back down right she looked away "Sorry.."

Edward blushes when Lilith starts to play with his hair it was the first anyone had done it so it felt good but if it was anyone else Edward didn't think it feels as good. "No need to be sorry, felt pretty good" Edward says driving. "Alright, Lily you can play all the games you want but you know the number one rule, do not let people see you using your powers and.... Try to let the other kids win" Edward knew how strong Lily was even if she didn't know it herself.

"But if they can't do it I have to let them win.... Okay..." Liliy said with a nasty face. Edward looks in the rear view mirror to see Lilith smiling in the middle seat "So how about I win you a stuff animal back there, I know you can win one yourself but for the sack of the cover maybe I should get you one" he said.

Lilith started to blush and just nodded, she open her mouth to talk but she was quickly interrupted by Lily "are you gonna win anything for me Eddy?.." she said with her arms crossed looking at him with a smile on her face. Her actions make Lilith laugh but she looked at Edwards to the mirror with a soft smile and blush across her face.

Lilih started to braid her hair to the side as her hair was dry already, she kept looking at her hands as she did she thought of something "Hey sweetie.. what about you and me get something for him.?...we just need to see what since I dont think a stuff animal is really manly..." she said chuckling to herself as she finish with her hair.

Edward smirks when Lily asks her question "Soldier you know I can you anything you want there even though you can do it yourself, I'll win you a big stuff animal" he says turning onto the main street. Glancing at the rear view mirror every now and then Edward could see Lilith braiding her hair blousing as she spoke to Liliy, "Yeah Eddy we can win you something like..... a baseball bat" Lily says smiling at Edward.

"A baseball bat, I'm not one for baseball but I could use if for other things" Edward thought of bashing the heads in of everyone hunting them, even though he was imagining it it felt good. Looking ahead Edward could see the carnival lights getting brighter the closer they got to it until they were right in front of it, parking the car Edward look to Lily as she smiles with the carnival lights in her eyes. "Come on" Edward says to Lily as she hops out the car "This might be a good night" he says to Lilith.

Lilith stares at all the people in the carnival which made her a bit nervous but she was happy to see Lily happy. She nodded at Edward "As long as we don't lose her in this crowd ..which is nearly impossible for me.." She chuckle as she stuck her tongue out at him. As they hopped out of the car she grabbed his hand pulling him toward the entrance as she looked at Lily "Come on sweetie… theres a lot to see.." She said to her as she kept a hold of his hand.

They paid the fee at the entrance. When they went in there was people everywhere all the stands were full of kids and adults equally. Lily ran toward the first stand trying to get to the front pushing people lightly as she made her way through "There she goes.." She says to Edward.

"Yup, there she goes" Edward replys to Lilith, grabbing her hand he runs after Lily softly pushing people out of the way as they make there way to the stand, making it to the stand Edward sees Lily sitting in front of a wack-a-mole game between two other kids all waiting for the bell to ring so they could start. All Edward could do was hope Lily doesn't use her power to much in the middle of the game, hearing the bell ring Edward watches as Lily hits one mole after another three times faster then the kids almost like she knew which mole would be coming where, which she did.

Just before the last couple of moles came up Edward could see Lily slowing her pace and missing on purpose, one of the kids screams when he sees hes the winner. Walking over to Edward Lily looks up at him with a smile "Like that Eddy?" she says. Picking her up Edward smiles "Just like that soldier, now lets get you a prize and then Lilith" he says looking to Lilith.

Walking out the crowd Edward still held Lily in his arms looking as they searched for the next game to play.

Lilith and Edward were still holding hands as he picked up Lily but neither of them seem to noticed but Lily did as they were looking for another game. Lilith spotted a shooting game "There Edward...that seems fun.." she said chuckling knowing he could win it with his eyes closed. Lily looked towards the game and they just saw her eyes widen "I want that Eddy.. Please.." she said pointing to a huge cute stuffed monkey they had hanging from the corner of the stand. Lilith chuckled looking at Edward again "I guess I'm sharing the backseat on the way home with a monkey" She said as they got to the front.

The man explained that they needed to at least 9 out of the 12 standing figures to get a mid size prize 10 to get a big one, but the one Lily wanted needed to be all of them for him to win it.

Edward sighs when he looks at the monkey Lily was talking about, it was almost as tall as Lily was and it was the last monkey he could see so it was a must win. Putting Lily in Lilith's arms Edward looks at the game before turning to the girls "You want the monkey I'll get you the monkey.... Stay with Lilith" he says, moving through the crowd Edward pays the entry fee taking the pelt gun from the tellers hand.

Once Edward heard the word go, he shoots once standing figure after another landing the first couple but missing the some in between, every shot reminding him of a person hes killed throwing of his focus. When it was over the teller gave him a stuff yellow duck looking towards the back Edward saw Lilys face and how sad it was. "One more game please" Edward says, slamming the money on the table he picks up the gun this time taking a couple death breaths before shooting. Hearing the teller scream go Edward shoots the figures one at a time as quickly as humanly possible setting the gun down as fast as he picked it up, he smiles when he sees all the figures knocked down and the monkey coming his way.

Walking back with the stuff animals Lily grabs the monkey jumping out of Liliths arms "Thank you eddy" she says hugging the monkey to death. Looking up from Lily Edward hands Lilith the yellow duck "You looked like a duck person plus he didn't have a wolf so.... I thought you might like it" he says smiling "Now you know you have to win something for me"

Lilith watch as he was handed the little duck but she couldn't help but laugh at his determined face. She saw the monkey before she saw Edward behind it as Lily jumped from her arms hugging the monkey. Lilith looked at the duck blushing and smiling "Thank you.." she said before looking at him stepping closer to him running her thumb lightly on his cheek as she cupped it with her hand softly "Now are you okay?…I saw how you lost focus back there." she asked him softly trying to not let Lily hear.Likith saw her hamd on him and blushed letting him go before she nodded "Yes I know but i don't think they have baseball bats here I mean i haven't seen any…" she said looking around.

Edward sighs after Lilith asked him about this shooting he knew if anyone would see through that she could. Looking around Edward spots one of the bouncy castles Lily could play in, "Lily look, why don't you go play with the other kids and we'll wait for you right there on the bench" Edward watches Lily run off throwing her shoes to the ground before she jumps in the castle.

Taking Liliths hand he walks over to the bench and sits with is eyes on Lily, "Sorry I didn't want her to hear anything might bring up some memories for her.... Yeah I had a couple flash backs of my kills they hadn't showed themselves in a while it through me off" he says afraid to make eye contact with Lilith.

Liliths eyes were locked on him as he spoke but her ears kept an 'eye' out on Lily. She squeezed his hand to make him look at her once he did she smiled at him "Hey were not going back there … ever..whatever we did while we were there and after we escaped was to protect ourself and nothing more.." She said as she sat sideways on the bench looking at him before resting her head on his shoulder. She started to run her thumb on the top of his hand slowly "Were safe now..for now..but whoever comes if they do … they won't ever get near enough to hurt us.."

Edward really couldn't figure out what it was that made Lilith feel like everything was okay, it was one skill that couldn't be taught at least not at that hellhole. "Its crazy how you make things that are at its worst feel like just another day" Edward sighs staring over at Lily, he wanted to believe what Lilith said was true but this was reality the faclility may not find them today or tomorrow though they will find them and all they could do was be ready. "This is pretty nice, you, me, I guess Lily" Edward chuckles before Lily runs over jumping into his lap.

"Eddy that was so fun I jump so high.... what you talking about?" she said glancing over to him then Lilith, there was one thing that Lily was good at it was sensing a mood.
