"It's a virtue I guess.."she chuckled"...or maybe comforting a lot of dying comrades .." She said looking over at him "yeah it's really nice.." Lilith closed her eyes as Lily jumped on Edward "oh nothing important just that Eddy here doesn't want to go take pictures...and just trying to figure out what are we gonna eat..right Edward?" She said reaching to him running her fingers lightly on his neck up and down as she looked at him.

Yeah.... I'm trying to figure out what we're going to eat since I know your stomach by now and I know your hungry" Edward smiles to Lily then to Lilith "Although I don't know what Lilith is talking about I think us taking pictures together is a good idea" Edward wanted something to remember this moment, he didn't what would happen tomorrow. "I am really hungry but I want to take pictures, I saw the machine that does it over there I remember it from the t.v.... Come! " Lily pulls Edward out of his seat pulling him towards the photo booth. Looking back at Lilith he laughs.

She rolled her eyes at Edwards comment but chuckled anyways. She stood there looking at them for a bit before following them "So how in the world does this machine work Lily.." She said as they arrived to it. "You put the money in here and smile to the screen in front.." she said to them as they got inside. They could see their faces on the screen like a mirror. Lily looked like any other kid her age and Lilith's hair was curly and a bit messy but looked like it goes with her. They let Edward go first and Lily sat on his lap as Lilith sat next to him.

Sitting in the booth Edward blushes when Lilith sat on his lap he wasn't to nervous because honestly he wanted her their, he brings his arms around her waist smiling up to her "I'm guessing your comfortable" he says. "Get ready its about to flash, we get four turns I think..." Lily says looking at the screen smiling, this was literally the happiest Edward had ever seen her and he wanted her to have this day to remember for a long time.

"Alright, first ones coming everybody stick out their tongue.... Now funny face.... Now family picture.... And Now the real family picture" Edward showed the real him along the girls ears and all made it feel like just because they're acting normal their not, and that's cool.

When Edward wrapped his arm around her she blushed so the first picture she had a blush on her face.You could see the monkey and the duck on their hands as they took the pictures. When Edward asked them for the real family picture she wrapped her arm around his neck smiling. When they showed their real them she was happy she could tell Edward was too and that made her even more. "Ill go get the pictures they come out on the outside " Lily said as she ran out of the booth leaving them alone for a bit. "That was fun.." she said in a soft voice as she was running her fingertips along Edwards features as they were slowly fading away.

"Yeah it really was..." Edward looks into Liliths eyes stunted for moment as he collected his thoughts and as he got his head back on straight every brain cell in their was telling him to do one thing, so he listened. Pulling Lilith in close he kisses her softly not being to force full since he didn't know if this was right or not, before he could find out the booth drapes fling open making them jump apart. "Eddy look at your wolf ea-" Lily stops to look at them jaw wide open, staring back and fourth between the girls Edward had no idea what to say "So uhhhh....Lets get you something to eat soldier" he says slowly moving Lilith off him then taking Lilys hand to lead her to the closes hot dog stand.

Lilith was surprised at the kiss but that made her incredibly happy. She kissed him back as she ran her fingers along his jaw. When she heard Lilys voice she looked at her blushing. When Edward grabbed Lily taking her away she sat there for a moment with a smile on her face but that only made her more confused than anything. She walked behind them looking at the stands trying not to look at Edward at all. When they arrived to the stand she looked at him blushing again as she smiled but she quickly looked away "Look Lily I found what were getting Eddy…" She said looking at her smiling softly as she pointed to their left. A dart tossing game that Lilith wanted to play since it looked pretty fun and as price was a Baseball.

Picking Lily up as she took the hot dog out the vendors hand Edward saw the game Lilith was talking about, he had only seen this game on television but from the aspects of it the point was to hit the center. Edward could barley look Lilith in the eye the only reason he left so fast back their was because of Lily, he knows how much she can jump to conclusions and that wasn't what he wanted her to see.... At least not yet. "So you think you can win that for me? I don't know the game is pretty difficult from what I've seen but I really do want that bat" he said smiling over to Lilith.

"She can win it Eddy, Lilith's strong like me" Lily says eating her hot dog. "Well lets see then strong women" Edward holds Lily up as she eats her food so both of them could get a good view.

Lilith looked back at Edward with a faked offended look as she brought her hand to her chest "are you doubting my dart throwing abilities?" She said before she asked the vendor for her darts as she paid, the vendor smiled at her "for such a pretty lady ill give you three more darts" Lilith smiled at him thanking him as he gave her 13 darts, and she onky had to hit 10 for the bat. The centers were all kinds of sizes and the hardest one was the one on top which was the smallest one.

Lilith started to throw the hitting every single one leaving the small one for last along with the three extra darts. The first and second try she missed, she was on her last dart, taking a deep breath she looked at the target and she only had to imagine it was a bullet through someone's skull amd she hit bullseye. Lily yell happy as she put her hands in the air, the vendor handed the bat to her, and she gladly took it along with her duck which she sat next to her when she was playing.

Lilith walked towards Edwards and Lily wih a big smile on her face "I might just keep this bat ...you know for the doubting in me" she said sticking her tongue out at him chuckling.

"I only said that to bring out your full potential.... I really wanted this bat and if I had to play dirty to get it so be it" Edward smiles at Lilith, switching the bat in her hand with Lily, he swings the bad getting use to the feel thinking of all the jackass hunting them as he swung. "Lets get going, see what else its fun around here" Edward walks with the girls. The carnival was more fun then he thought but the only thing that made it fun was the girls being there, nothing compared to having them there which was why he this was what he wanted.

Lilith kept looking at him as he kept swinging the bat.After a while they kept thinking about everything that has happen and she was more than glad she was with them after all "Edward..I want to try that one but both of us and lily shoots" she said pointing at the one with the cream pies to throw to peoples faces just for fun then she looked at her side "what about that game right there..." she said pointing at the game to test people strength, the guy at the stand called out to them as he saw her pointing at the game "I'll give you this present for the pretty lady.." he said traying to lure him in as he showed them a small closed box. Handing him an oversized mallet that by the looks of it was pretty heavy.

"Okay fine but whatever's in that box better be worth it" Edward says looking at the strength meter "How many chances do I get old man?", the meter was fairly tall only a hand full of people could get it half way Edward thought. "You get two chances son, let'em count" the old man had a smirk that could scare a clown, it was obvious the games was rigged but Edward still had to play along. Pulling the hammer way into the air Edward slams it hard on the meter only getting it half way to the top, the old man laughs hard as he watches all the peoples faces fall in disappointment One more son.. the old mans says.

Looking over to the girls Edward smiles telling them with his eyes what he was going to do, bring his focus back to the meter he lets his animal side surface just a bit as he felt his teeth been to grow hopefully that was it. Raising the hammer one last time he brings it down slamming it to the meter hearing the ding as the lights rises all the way to the top setting sparks off. The old man watches in shock not believing what just happened. "I am so awesome it should be a crime" Edward says as he walks up to Lilith.

The man gave Edward the little box as price. When he made his comment Lily amd Lilith couldnt help but laugh. Likith was still holding Lily when he came closer she grabbed him by the arm softly as she whispered to his ear "a cheater is what you are and that is a crime.."she said chuckling softly. Lily pulled Lilith down to her "something smells sweet..." she said as Lilith looked for where the sweet smell was comming from and it was a cotton candy stand.

Edward smiles after the comment Lilith whispered in his ear, maybe it was cheating but the old guy started first and he didn't see anything wrong with that. Lily points at the cotton candy man as sue walks up to him staring over the machine, gesturing with his finger Edward asks for one the man starts to make one doing different designs mixing color after color opening Lily's eyes wider every second.

Seeing this as the perfect time while Lily was preoccupied Edward moves closer to Lilith whispering in her ear "So the kiss, we gonna talk about that or just wing it? " he says staring at her.

Lilith choke on air at his question "well talk when she's asleep...okay" she said tying to keep her voice down. She felt for a second that he might regret having kissing her but she shook it off.

After playing every game amd wining some other prices Lily was exhausted and asked Edward to carry her leaving Lilith to carry everything. "We should leave..I think this day has come to an end.." she said looking at Edward.

"Yeah your right looks like this one ran around so much she's about to pass out" Edward walks to the car Lily in his arms, putting her in the back seat Edward straps her in before sitting in the drivers side. Once Lilith was in the passengers seat Edward began to drive heading back to the motel. "Today was a good day to tell you the truth I thought something bad was going to happen but I'm really glad it didn't" Edward says to Lilith.

"We were surrounded by alot of civilians they wouldnt risk something like that on the city it would be alot of questioning from the government.."she said yawning "so..whats on the little box?" She asked curiosity taking over her. She look back at Lily who was fast asleep leaning against the monkey.

There she goes again making everything feel better even though everything could go from bad to worst in a heartbeat, that's what Edward liked about her so much. Staring over at the box he won from the hammer challenge Edward grabs it tossing it over to Lilith "Open it up I got my prize today" he says looking at the bat in the back with Lily "It might be something good"

Pulling into the hotel Edward parks the car making sure not to disturb the sleeping nine-year old in the bag.

She grabbed the box and looked at it for a bit once they got the hotel she looked at Lily "lets bring her inside.." she said smiling softly at him. She grabbed the box and kept it in her hands as she grabbed the monkey her duck and the bat out of the car and goes to open the door of the room. Once Edwards brougt Lily inside, she went outside the room not wanting to disturbe Lily. Once outside she opened the box. Inside there was a silver slim neacklace with a small red pendant on it. She brougt it out of the box "look Edward its so pretty.."

Edward walks outside hearing Lilith awe over the jewelry she got in the box "Wow, the old man had something like this laying around that old hammer game.... Must have thought no one would beat it" he says taking it from her, staring at he smiles after looking at Lilith. Walking behind Lilith, Edward brings the necklace around her neck latching it on so it hung directly in the middle of her chest. "Now it's pretty..." Edward says smiling at Lilith "So can we talk now or are you afraid to wake Lily"
