Lilith felt the pain and sentiment on the kiss she knew it could be the last and it made her heart tug at her but they had to get rid of Ace. "Well hack-eye is about to fall." She looks at Lily then to Edwar nodding. She got into position and gave Edward the signal to go. She started to shoot at Ace trying to keep his attention on her.

When she had to reload she gave Lily a gun "just in case okay.." she kept shooting at Ace.

Running cover to cover Edward moved in closer to Ace as all his attention was taken by Lilith. Once Edward was close enough he pulls his gun out form the last piece of cover wing Ace in the shoulder watching as his rifle fell. Slowly moving in, Edward shoots Aces other shoulder as he tried to reach for his secondary weapon. "Even when your about to die you still keep going, truly you guys are the elite..." Edward smiles, staring down the man that nearly killed Lilith there wasn't a reason for him not to smile.

Waving the girls over, Edward keeps his gun on Ace at all times. "What do you think's going to happen? Killing me will change anything? Your still dead Gratte, you and your little playhouse family.." Ace says.

Lilith grabbed a hold of Lily's hand to go to Edwards side. She heard what Ace told him only to make her growl at him. As they approached them Lilith pointed her gun at Ace as well " Yeah but as you might say this dead playhouse family is about to kill you.." Lilith let go of Lilys hand as she got closer to look down at Ace "how dare you threaten them harm them...who gave you the right..so much for an elite... A simple hound's going to kill you...youre pathetic"

As Lilith Spoke down to Ace, Edward looks to Lily signaling her to turn her head the other way. As usual she refuse for a second until she finally gave in and turns her head. "Doesn't matter how many you morons kill, we're soldiers we're expendable... You lost the moment you decided to betray us and if you think you two and that little bitch are gonna live- before Ace could finish his sentence, Edward puts two in his chest and one in the head.

His arm shaking as he lowers the gun back to his side. "Lets go, they're probably on there way here" he says.

"Okay.." she knew that it wasnt the time to argue but the way he jist killed him. Lilith knew thats what they were trained for but that just made her nervous. "Now what to where...theyre gonna find us anywhere...Edward.." lilith started to loose control of her emotions amd it wasn't the time for that but she was just so scared for Lily and Edward.

Edward rubs his head trying to get his thoughts together only hearing Ace's last words echo through his skull. Calming down he looks around the rooftops for anything they could do. "There..." Edward says pointing to the rooftop door "We'll get down street level and plan things from their". Grabbing Lilys hand, Edward runs to the door swing it open heading down the stairs. Somehow all he felt as he ran was emptiness. What was the reason for running? That contact was his only plan for a normal life and know its gone. How were they going to get through this know?

Lilith was following behind them. She felt lost and she knew Edward was feeling the same way. They got to the streets and blended with the people there. Liliths gaze was on the floor as she kept walking. She felt someone bump into her and then she felt it. She was completely sure but then she looked at her hand and saw the note. A smile came to her face as she caught up with Edward "here.." she whisper to him as she discretely pass the note to him. The note had an address and a time on it. She nodded to him trying to hide her smile as muh as she could jist in case they were being watched.

Looking at the note before putting it in his pocket, Edward didn't know what to think. This note could have met anything it could be from anyone, but a part of him had some hope and that was something. Moving through the crowd they use the alleys to pass they check points, as they did a loud scream as if from an animal came from the exact spot they killed Ace. "Looks like Go found Aces body..." Edward said.

Passing all the barricades, Edward finds an abandon brownstone apartment. Removing the boards blocking the way he lets the girls pass into it before going in himself. "Lily, go secure the apartment, see what you can find?" Edward says, watching as Lily nods her head unable to look at him. Shrugging it off as Lily went up stairs, Edward turns to Lilith "So this note, what do you make of it?"

Lilith saw the way Lily was acting but she needed to explain a lot to Edward.Once they were inside by themselves her smile grew "it's simple you see... My group it's was a handful of people that I trusted with my life...I was in charge ...the my second in command Marcus...he always had this woods mix with facility smell to him..smell the note really smell it.." She said as her eyes filled with tears "he survived the experiments ...and the fire...everything.... Somehow he found us in the city...maybe he's our escape Edward.." She could see the light at the end of the tunnel if this was true.

She kept looking up the stairs "let me go check on her.." She said going up stairs "Lily what's wrong ?.."

Edward looks at the note smelling it like Lilith asked, it was full of the facility stench with hints of the wood Lilith was talking of but the only thing that made Edward uneasy, is that he smells more of the facility then the wood. Watching Lilith head upstairs, Edward could only assume she was going to speak with Lily, she was acting strange but now wasn't the time to consul.

"Eddy shoot that guy... I thought we didn't kill people anymore? I thought we are good know?" Lily says to Lilith.

Lilith carried her looki g her in the eyes "no swetie we are good and we dont kill people anymore...but...they want to kill us..they want to kill you amd Eddy loves us so he wont let them do that to us thats why he had to do what he did..." she pressed her forehead to Lilys. Coming down the stairs Lily ran towards Edward hugging him tightly without a word Lilith came behind her "you think we should go?"

"...I don't know" Edward says, getting himself situated with Lily grabbing his waist tighter then she ever had. "I know one thing for sure though, if we do meet this guy you have to make contact while me and Lily stay out of sight.... and that's what scares me" Edward picks Lily just before she pulls him in closer hugging him even harder. "I'm not going to even ask what this is about, just glad your talking to me again" Edward says.

Lilith nodded at him "im scared as well he was experimented on and I dont know how it has affected him... the new drugs were to make us stronger faster... better but noone survived, so after the breakout the must have caught him and hes beed messed with and survided it.." she put her hair up again as she paced back and forth slowly. "Lily sweeties can I steal him from you for a bit.."she asked her before she walked into the other room leaning against a wall while she looked down. Once she made sure Lily wasnt listening she looked at him whispering " I want you to promise me that if this is a trap youre taking her away from here...even if hey take me or worst...yyou wont come after..I'll try to follow you guys no matter what but shes the one that needs to be safe.."

"Lilith you already know that I'll do anything to bleep her safe, you dint have to tell me that" Edward says. The fact Lilith was having second thoughts about this and planning for the worst gave Edward a bad feeling about this. "You don't have to go, I know you want us to have that normal life but if it means risking your life to do it then we don't need it" Edward sighs, all this could have been avoided if his contact didn't fall through.

Rubbing his head in frustration Edward falls to the floor back against the wall. "We were so close, right there we could have had it but as usual the Facility got in the way" Edward says to Lilith.

Lilith sat between his legs resting her back against his chest "they can try and do stop us but they wont win..we can make this work Edward.." she wasnt wven sure of her words any more. "We need to do it..I need to do it ...if that means to keep you from them.."

Lilith's words felt hollow but Edward knew its her actions that prove her not the words. "Maybe your right but you know who else is, Ace, soldiers like him are going to keep poping up... Unless we stop it at the sour.. " Edward stops himself when Lily walks back in the room. "What's up soldier?" Edward says as Lily bends down in front of them. "We'll be okay eddy, you protect us... Captain" Lilith says smiling as she pushes up Edward cheeks to smile. Edward laughs.

Lilith chuckles hearing Edward laugh. Not one sigle of her features had change back to normal as she was keeping an eye out. As they kept sitting down without moving she grabbed Edwards handand rubbed her thumb on top of it as she kept it close to her."we need to plan everything perfectly...if thats Marcus and hes trying to help us...we can get all those papers we need and everything from him...but if hes not.." she just couldnt bring herself to think that she might risk their lives for just a little hope that her friend might be alive and trying to help them.

Edward plays with Liliths hands as she plays with his going over what they were gonna do. "The plan is going to be this, we're gonna still a car and go meet this guy, me and Lily will stay in the car with clear sight of you, isn't that right Lily" Edward says. Rolling her eyes as she nods in agreement, Lily falls to the floor next to Edward. "Good... While you make contact I'm gonna open my ears and listen for any foot traffic... If you feel something is off even for a second you run, do you understand even the smallest thing Lilith I mean it..." Edward says with verger.

"Sir yes sir.." she said with a smile as she looked up at him. She curled up to him as she kept his hand on her "the note says we should meet him in four hours...and I dont even know where this place is ...do you?" She asked as she stared into space.

"Yeah, the place isn't to far from here, its close to the docks..." Edward says. Something about the place didn't feel right, meeting this guy on his terms wasn't the way Edward did things, going with the enemy's terms is always a bad idea, one of the things he was taught. "I hate everything about this, their isn't any clear view me and Lily can get eyes on you at least not a close enough distance if something happens and even if something happens the water is on our back, it'll be almost impossible to get away.... I don't know" Edward says, a cautious look on his face.

Looking to his side he sees Lily asleep on his arm.
