Kira and Lily stared to put up the tent, when they were done Kira walked towards the water taking her boots off putting them aside as she put her feet in the water smiling as she took the hood off her head she looked up then looked to Lily as she sat down with her feet still in the water splashing water over to Lily as they both started laughing Kira started to look around not seeing Edward "wheres Edward?" She asked Lily who turned looking for him.

Edward walks back to camp with a pile of sticks in his arms just dragging his body going through every scenario on approaching Kira. Being with Lily seem to bring her back out of her shell like he knew it would both of them needed each other just as much as they needed him, so staying together was a good thing, for the time being. Edward walks back to camp panicking when he doesn't see the girls their, "Soldier?Kira?" he says looking around, as he walks to the river he right away sees them calming down "Wow some notice would have been good girls"

Edward looks right at Kira with her hood off "Thought we were never going to see that face again" he said with a smile behind her.

Kira turned looking at him chuckling softly "sorry it's my fault I kinda wondered off and Lily followed me...where were you?"Kira blushed looking at him "sorry about that" she said in a very low voice almost a whisper as she rubbed the back of her neck before putting her hand out towards Edward "would you help me up?" She said with a smile on her face.

Lily started to walk towards the camp saying she was hungry "what's there to eat?" Kira looked at her laughing "god that girl likes to eat"

"I went to go and grab some wood, how else are we going to eat and keep warm" Edward says helping Kira up from the river, he was glad to see her smile out again made things a lot easier for all of them. Edward didn't want to bring up anything about today given what had happen but the answer to Lilys question was still on his mind and just before he could ask Lily spoke "Yes, she very much does like to eat" he said smiling at Kira.

Edward walks over to Lily pulling her back to the river with Kira "Well you are the one with cat DNA in you soldier and if you want to eat theirs plenty of fish here....All you have to do is, LOOK!" he said pushing Kira in the river laughing with Lily as she fell.

Kira looked at Edward as her eyes opened wide looking at him as she couldnt keep her balance falling into the water not befor2 she grabbed his shirt pulling him down with her. As they came up for air she splashed Edward with water on his face laughing.

Edward splashed Kira back a giant grin on his face, this was the most fun he had since he escaped the facility it was good to have some downtime. At that moment Kira did a cannon call into the river splashing both Edward and Kira also with a giant grin on her face. Laughing as he walk to the river side Edward stares at the girls as they continued you splash each other chuckling uncontrollable.

After some time Kira walked to the river side soaking wet her teeth teetering as she still chuckling "It got cold…" She looked at Edward "Lets get the fire going.." She said pushing Edward on his back playfully on her way to the camp as she kept her hands wrapped around her arms.

Edward smiling as he watches Kira walk back to camp "Alright soldier lets go outta the water before you freeze" he said to Lily as she came out of the river, walking out of the river Lily smiles for what she was carrying with her "Look Eddy, fish, I caught some" she said holding the fish up. "Good job soldier lets go, I'll cook that up for ya" carrying half of the fish he follow Lily back to camp, bring the wood he collected Edward takes two rocks creating a spark to light the wood giving them a fire.

"Not every thing they thought me in that hell hole was that bad" he said looking to Kira "Get close to the fire"

Kira chuckled "it's what you decide to do with what they showed you that matters..." Kira said as she walked towards the fire, after a bit she got warm. "Remember that you said you'll teach me how to use a gun Eddy" she looked at the fire as this made her eyes glow. As she waited for Edwards to finish with the fish she laid on her back closing her eyes.

"Yea I remember" Edward says taking a stick shoving it through the fish, sticking one by the fire he does another before handing it to Lily watching as she stuck hers on the fire along with Kira's. "Why now? I thought you said you could handle yourself, what changed?" Edward says looking down at Kira as she lays next to him.

Kira stretch and yawned "I dont know maybe it would help me to restrain myself dont you think" she said with a smile on her face as she slowly was falling asleep "besides you guys are stronger than me..maybe thats the only way I could protect you guys"

"We don't really need much protecting you know that but if you want to learn I'll teach you tomorrow before we get to a town, might be good to have you with some shooting skills" Edward said as he watches Kira get comfortable. Lily ate her fish like it was her last meal not leaving anything other then the bones and eyes of the fish yawning the moment she was done "Your tired come on in the tent" Edward says walking over to her.

"I'm not...tired...just a little longer" Lilly yawns as she tries to keep herself up falling into Edwards arms as he picks her up and puts her in the tent. Sitting back in front of the fire Edward stares down at it beside Kira "Keep forgetting she's still young even with all of her skills....By the way you aren't getting out of Lilly's question, you know the one she asked at the dinner before we were getting shot at"

Half asleep Kira looked at him chuckling softly as she whisper "she asked you first..." she flick his arm lightly as her arm hit the floor as she fell asleep her face being cover by her hair.

Chuckling Edward lays down next to the sleeping Kira watching the night sky, the stars were always more beautiful when there were no lights around and with every field training he had Edward always took time to watch the stars. It was strange though, this time Edward watched the stars but his eyes kept moving to Kira, their wasn't much of a difference in feeling because to him he was still looking at the stars. Watching her sleep Edward slowly began to sleep as well with his eyes never moving away from Kira until he was fast a sleep.

Kira woke up when he sun hit her face,when she opened her eyes she saw Edward laying next to her. She sat up next to him put her hands on his chest "wake up Eddy..." she said looking at him.

Lily was already coming out of the tent stretching yelling "good morning"

Edward slowly opens his eyes gazing into Kira's right away, for a second he their were not thoughts on their situation until he heard Lily yell knocking himself out of it "Mourning, mourning" he said sitting up. Lily at then both siting there a confuse look on her face "Why did you sleep outside?" she says bending down in front of them.

Edward turns to Kira then back to Lily "Well Kira fell a sleep out here and I didn't want a bear to eat her up or confuse her snoring with another bear" Edward says chuckling along with Lily.

Kira chuckled looking at them before pinching him on the arm playfully "I do not snore Eddy" she said before stretching and yawning "I dont know but I slept great" she said looking tothe sky making her eyes brighter.

"Owwwww" Edward says as Kira pinched him, this was the first smile he'd woken up to in a real long time it felt good to have that instead of running 20 miles in the mourning til the afternoon. "Yea I actually slept pretty good also, what about you soldier?" Edward says rubbing the back of his neck.

"I went to sleep really good, I dreamed about fish" Lily says before she ran to the fire starting it back up again, getting the left over fish she begins to cook it smiling as she kept it on the fire.

"God that girl can eat" Edward says turning his head to Mayia smiling "So, you were going to answers Lily's question last night but you fell a sleep, care to share it now?"

Kira chuckled "youre just not gonna let that go huh?...I tell you what if we get to town without any trouble youll have your answer deal" she put her hand out to him putting her pinky up smiling up at him.

"Now let me see if I can go snatch some food from Lily" Kira said chuckling.

Sighing Edward holds his pinky out making the promise with Kira "I'm going to let it go for now but you can't keep dodging me forever" Edward says watching as Kira meet up with Lily.

Walking to the tent Edward goes through the bag finding the gun he took off go that day in the apartment, taking the one magazine out of the two he had he puts the gun behind his back and walks over to the girls.

"Hey Eddy I save you some" Lily says handing him a stick with a fish at the end of it, "Thanks soldier....You ready for training" Edward watches as Lily sighs "Just a little to show Kira"
