A good browser works well even on less advanced systems. Firefox had so much unnecessary crap stuffed down its throat at some point it ran slow on my system as well. Chrome is fast, not cluttered, and I can have a hundred tabs open without noticing any lag. I shouldn't try that with FF though. :(

Also Earendill, get 7. Vista blows (bubbles).

I'm on Duck Duck Go presently.

Amazing... I feel like I've stumbled upon a time capsule haha

A month or two ago I made the switch over from Microsoft Edge to Firefox. I don't super love it. The complaints from over a decade ago still ring true to some degree, it's weirdly resource intensive, and I don't feel like it handles password management quite as smoothly as some other browsers.

Nevertheless I had been meaning to make the switch over from Edge/Chrome for a while, simply to throw support behind a decent non-Chromium browser. I finally made the switch after figuring out how to get Firefox to handle tabs like Edge.

This was a necessary prerequisite for me, after a year+ using hover-to-expand vertical tabs, every other method of tab organization feels too clunky by comparison.
I use Firefox mainly, unless I'm on a phone or something, then I use whatever browser that is with it, which I do believe is Google Chrome? I used to use Microsoft Edge, and I feel like in the past I've used the Desktop version of Chrome, but I prefer Firefox overall. :)

Only using Duck Duck N' Go, i got tired of anything related to Google, i managed to replace everything with better things.

I use LibreWolf. :) I used Firefox once, however, [this] article explains a bit on why it's not a good choice when it comes to privacy. LibreWolf has its own issues, but I'm not that obsessed with privacy since I'm not very tech-savvy. ;)
Lol. It does seem like stumbling onto a time capsule. I'm mostly on Chrome. Firefox if Chrome is glitching.

Everyone is sleeping on Brave browser.

It's got the functionality of both Chrome and Firefox but doesn't require the same RAM buffets. It has a great adblocker and you can opt in to receiving periodic ads to receive their crypto which you can cash out or donate to your favorite creators or websites
Am I a weirdo for using Edge?

Very much so- although, I guess you do get free money for doing so, so you're more of a visionary
I use Chrome mostly and maybe a dab of Edge when comes to my Xbox of course. I really don't a preference when comes to browsers, and I had a bite of every one.
