TW for s.icide, sickness/disease
My character (Rune) wants to live, but his future isn't secured. He is constantly visiting the hospital, and he's constantly bothered by the fact his chances of living are much less than most people's chances. He's also a part time hero.
Your character doesn't want to live, and they attempt to kill themself by jumping off a building.
Unfortunately for your character, Rune sees this, and saves them from hitting the ground. After your character confronts Rune for saving them, Rune is provoked and tries to explain that they should take their life for granted; But his 7 hour limit is reached, and he switches back to normal. When he does, he starts to dry cough, and eventually wheezing.
The plot will revolve around Rune trying to save Y/C's life, while trying to keep his own.
We can start from there, or discuss other plot ideas, but I will be using Rune.

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Modern
Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
Romance is expected but not required, and will be accompanied by other plot.
