Patches did not seem particularly interested in a fight... not that they appeared to be a worthy candidate. Sure, the Dreamworld they ruled over was plenty dangerous, but the day was still young and everyone was wide awake; any possible danger that Patches posed just wasn't there at the moment.

The little ragdoll approaches the rather timid looking teenager and wraps their arms around one of her legs, giving her an oddly-comforting hug.
