I have been a writer for a while (writing short stories and articles for fun) and recently discovered rp. I don't get along with a lot of people irl but hey there is always a chance I can find someone here.
I am new to the whole rp stuff. I have some idea but I wouldn't mind some pointers.
Big fan of action, even bigger fan of Junji Ito type horror, kinda goofy at dialogue but I can worldbuild very well. My strong suit is long term stuff where I can build up and escalate concepts to their fullest.

In my perspective, I don't see many people that match your description, so that makes you interested in my book. However, interesting or not doesn't mean the end of the world, especially if it's all in your head.

Junji Ito fan, eh? That's pretty swanky -- my partner is also a really big fan. I love the cat myself. Anyhoo, welcome to RPR. I find it's the perfect place to pick and choose what you want to do, who you want to write with, and play in an abundance of genres.
If you have any questions, there are plenty of us around to answer 'em. I don't actually blend well with folks in the real world either. I have a dorkiness about me, I guess? Where I work is very mundane so small talk is a thing. 😵💫 Depth is hard to find, I get it, but no one I work with really understands fandoms 'n all that.
